    3 floors with an attached garage (6 bikes for 4 people) and easy parking in front and close to the home.It was quiet and we walked everywhere-so close to the city square and restaurants.Bike trails galore were everywhere you turned.I punched a wrong button getting in and the help line connected me with the property owner immediately.The unit was so clean and open. Master bedroom and attached bath with a great walk in closet on the top floor. Another queen bedroom with a bath right next to it and washer dryer on the top floor as well.The 2nd floor was an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with tv.was The windows are amazing. A 3rd bedroom and bath with twin beds was on the ground floor, which we didn't use but nice to have. We will definitely stay there again.

    Our family enjoyed the spacious, modern and light filled condo with a garage for bikes and plenty of space to cook, spend time, and walk to amenities after a day of riding. Highly recommend this stay for a family of 4 ! Coffee on the covered balcony in the morning. Close to trails. Dinner out or made in the spacious kitchen. Walkable to downtown groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks.

    We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and comfortable. It had plenty of towels, what we needed in the kitchen and comfy beds. We appreciated the washer and dryer since we were there all week. We felt safe, and it’s a nice short walk to all things downtown Bentonville. Highly recommend going while the square is lit up for Christmas! ?
