McMinnville, Oregon
Previously a bed and breakfast, this large yet cozy home features a private bath for each of the five bedrooms. One bedroom is a suite with one queen bed and one full bed divided by french doors and a mini kitchen. Recently revamped with new beds and furniture, you will not be disappointed in the comfort of this home. Commercial kitchen for cooking great meals in, or walk to downtown McMinnville where dozens of wonderful restaurants await. Multiple decks and an expansive 3/4 acre yard to relax in. Charcoal BBQ and supplies are provided for you.
We are a three-generation family of 10 people. House was perfect for us. It was winter so we did not go outside, but it looks like the back yard would be fun for kids or a pet.
We stayed late October and had a wonderful. However the house was a disappointment. First the ice maker was not working and ice cube trays were not provided, even after a request. The oven was filthy. The home was marginally clean—but better after we dusted. We appreciated(?) the cobwebs near the fireplace—after all, it was Halloween. It meet our needs fot a large group, but disappointing in cleanliness and lack of ice!
Spacious home, with charming spaces. Quaint bathrooms and fixtures. Great gathering areas.
Main advantage of this house is location. This is an older home, and rental is a good value for a large group. I have two complaints. Downstairs bathroom had not been cleaned and was very unappealing. Could not find cleaning supplies to do it myself. Tub/shower in that same bathroom was like taking a shower in an ice skating rink, with no tub/bath mat available. With those issues addressed, I would rent again.
Great for five or so couples to gather and celebrate life.
The house was everything that we needed. There were four couples in our group and we had plenty of space. Even got to see a few deer in the backyard checking in on us each morning.
All 3 generations LOVED the home. It was perfect. Each family had it's own bath which was such a luxury. Plenty of space to eat and gather. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, tools, basic spices, etc. Great location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We felt that owners made an effort to make our stay as nice as possible. Thanks Michelle!
Four friends had a grand time! Wonderful place for everyone to have their space yet intimate gathering for conversation and good food. Great Kitchen. What would have made it nicer is if the landscaping didn't look so horrible. It needs a lot of love and work.
The house is older but perfectly functional. Lovely to have every bedroom en suite. Kitchen had everything you need. The oven and grill need cleaning. A few window opening mechanisms were not working. But, the location is perfect for walking to town for dinner or coffee. Linfield College is just down the street. We enjoyed our stay.
Had a fantastic stay for Linfield graduation. Three generations enjoyed being together in this well appointed house. Deck and yard were large and kitchen well-stocked. So close to campus we could walk.
We had a crowd and this house was perfect. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, easy street parking and close to the college and downtown.
The house was just as described. It was such a fun place to stay. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and the towels were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to rent again.
Oct. 12-16. 8 of us from NE and IA. House and location to town-amazing. House was well stocked with linens and a kitchen staples and very clean. Great that each bedroom has its own bath and all seating areas were large enough for everyone to hang out. Thanks for a great stay.
Great for our group. House was advertised except for outside. Backyard was in disrepair. Easy walk to fun downtown area. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Enjoyed our stay!!
Spacious house with numerous bedrooms with their own bathrooms and best of all walking distance to town. Great deck and views of spacious backyard where deer and other wildlife made appearances
Roomy, well-equipped home in a great location.
The property was pretty much as described. We had 5 couples so the 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom was great. The beds were comfortable. Lots of information about the local area and very easy walk to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome bottles of wine. We had issues with the coffee pots, bedroom s could use updating including showers with some mold, needed more cleaning. The grounds could have used some TLC, as well as the hoses lying loose on the decks. However, we would rent here again with a large group.
My husband and I rented this property with his family, a total of 8 adults and 2 children. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space. There was even a delicious bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. The kitchen was extremely spacious and mad cooking breakfast for lots of people a breeze. On arrival, the house looked a little bit more weathered than in the photos and the backyard looked less landscaped than the photos. The only complaint we had is that the upstairs rooms remained very hot, even with the a/c turned low and ceiling fans on high. This is probably only an issue in August but something to consider if you book in the summer. Overall, the property looks a bit outdated but was perfect for a large family.
Wonderful house for a family.
We stayed here for a spring retreat for our small company and all of the bedrooms having an attached full bath was huge and allowed everyone comfort and privacy. The house and grounds are great and little bit funky in a good way, as it used to be a bed and breakfast. The location is perfect for walking to 3rd Street/downtown or Linfield. I would definitely stay here again.
This property is wonderful for groups. We spent Linfield graduation weekend here and were able to have a great celebration for the whole family. There are 5 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and able to handle the largest of feasts. It is a quick walk to downtown for shopping and great restaurants. The owners were great to work with and helped with a couple of special requests.
We had a wonderful weekend wine tasting with three generations of mom’s and daughters for Mother’s Day weekend. The house allowed us to be together and to retreat to private rooms. Large and inviting communal spaces to hang out comfortably.
Was great for 5 couples up for a wine tour and birthday celebration. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for walking downtown to the tasting rooms, breweries and restaurants.
