Near Disney, Game Room, BBQ & Free Pool Heat + Late Checkout

We have stayed at this peaceful, clean, pet-friendly, beautiful property two times in the past two years. It feels like a second home. The south-facing pool offers sunshine all day with an amazing view of trees and woods in the back yard. The neighborhood is great for walking our dog and feels very safe. The management company is very thoughtful and accommodating. We were welcomed with milk, cereal, bread, cookies, and chips. We decided to stay another two nights and they gave us a great deal. We would definitely stay here again!

I'm not sure I can review this well enough! We drove from MD and didn't get in until late, with 6 kids. There was a care package because we didn't pack food so there was a little something to get us started. Everything was just as described, IF not better! My kids loved the place, it was plenty big enough for my family of 8 to not be on top of each other for a week. I walked my dog nightly and felt completely safe. My husband slept sounder than he has in months. Everything you can imagine to need is there, down to sippy cups, if you have smaller children. We had Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was fully stocked to make this meal like home. Would 100% return and refer friends and family there! Host was extremely quick to reply and always helpful with responses! We were sad to leave but will return! Even my husband said keep this info, we'll def come back here

I Loved this place!!! Loved the cleanliness of this house when we checked in. This house is spotless from the inside out- upstairs, downstairs to the backyard. All beds are nicely decorated and comfy. Cailin, the host is very prompt and helpful with anything we need, even left us snacks and little groceries upon checked in. That was really thoughtful of her. She goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable and happy. We loved the backyard. I loved hanging out the pool. We also feel safe walking our dog in this gated community day or night. This neighborhood is really quiet. Shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. This house is well taken care of. They have a team always ready to assist even on weekends to make your stay enjoyable. I forgot some of my stuff a few days after checked out and Cailin and staff helped recover them for me before the new guest checked in. I'm really grateful for their outstanding assistance and honesty. I highly recommend this place. ??

We enjoyed using the villa over our holiday period, it was spacious and very clean. The facilities were very good a part from the swimming pool wasn't cleaned over the 2 weeks and the temperature in the garage was not appropriate to use the facilities in there. Overall, a very good villa for our family and in a very good location.

Pleasantly surprised by how close the home was to Disney and ChampionsGate! It was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We fell in love with the nearby Greek restaurant and Panera Bread, which made dining out so easy and enjoyable. We'd happily return for another trip!

The house was very spacious and just as described, the pool was great and private, easy access in and out.

The villa was superb, great, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in a villa as we normally stay on Disney property, and it definitely won't be our last. We couldn't fault our stay

We had an amazing stay at this home — it was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect — just a short drive to Disney and close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The gated community felt safe and peaceful, and the house itself was spotless and spacious. We loved having two living areas, which made it so easy for the adults to relax while the kids played. The game room was a huge hit — we spent hours playing foosball and pool after long days at the parks. The pool area with conservation views was our favourite spot to unwind — and the shaded patio was a thoughtful touch for those hot afternoons. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and everything was well-organized and guest-friendly. The Welcome tablet made it easy to find local tips and entertainment. Truly a perfect home base for anyone visiting Disney, Universal, or exploring Orlando. We can't wait to come back — highly recommend!

Cypress Pointe was average. Upstairs 3 bedrooms looked very warm and pleasant. I thought downstairs was adequate but needed some minor improvements. We are looking forward to Summer Breeze next year.

It was very comfortable, like at home. The house has everything you need for convenience and even more. Management team were very helpful and assisted us with working the BBQ.
