Beautiful home. Nice area and easy drive to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. We really enjoyed our stay in your home. We had all the accommodations that we needed and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year. The location was excellent, the neighborhood quiet, and the balcony made for a lovely place to relax in the evenings. The rental was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, though a floor-length mirror would be a welcome addition.The only significant drawback was the quality of the bunk bed mattresses. We had two adults in that room, and both found them quite uncomfortable. In contrast, the beds in the other rooms were very comfortable.We especially appreciated having access to the garage for parking. Upon arrival, we experienced a minor issue, but the owner responded promptly and resolved it within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning next year.

We stayed at this lovely townhome on our way back from CA. Very comfortable space to relax in. Owners go over and above to make your stay exceptional. Spent a 1/2 day hiking in the Three Peaks Recreation Area.

While the place is everything that is advertised, and is a great price for the location and size, it was not very clean when we arrived. The house smelled like dog, there was dog hair everywhere especially on and under the couches, and dog poop in the backyard. Everyone has been covered in long white dog hair - finding it even when not in the house on water bottles and coats. It was disappointing to have to clean a house we paid for on the first day.Overall it was what we needed for a last minute trip.

This home worked very well for our family for a quick stay in Cedar City. It was well laid out and it was nice to be able to park in the garage. The listing does need to be updated as the gym passes are no longer available.

Location was great. Check in was easy. House was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. Would certainly stay again.

The property was clean; however, there were just a few hiccups with our stay. The towels were still in the dryer when we arrived and never dried for our stay, because the dryer didn't function properly. Thus, we were only a couple of towels for our family. The owner did offer to bring new towels, but we were only staying for one night. One bedspread had makeup on it. Otherwise, the place was accommodating. Thanks!

Close to amenities

This house has a lot of steep stairs.It is not very good for 3 senior citizens with bad knees and backs.The place was nice and the beds were comfortable and that was what we needed.Thank you!

Everything was just as described, check in and check out were super easy. Everything was very clean and there was lots of extras like games, kitchen items, cleaning supplies etc. We will gladly use this place as our go-to when we are in Cedar City! Thank you!

The place was great for us and was a great deal. Some repairs were noticeably needed but nothing detrimental to the comfort of our stay.

Great location to stay but the house unfortunately was not was not finished cleaned at the check in time. Notified property manager and it was done 1-1/2 hours later. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

My daughters and I stayed at this lovely townhome in Cedar for a few nights while attending plays at the Shakespeare Festival. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location was perfect—close to the campus, shopping, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. We had a wonderful time and recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area!

Property was accurately pictured on VRBO site. We thought that the ground level was the main area but it was the rec room level so there where stairs to the main part of the house. We had to play hide and seek to find the towels but eventually found them under bathroom sink. Not sure why not on the towel rods. Near downtown and Shakespeare Festival so very convenient.

The owner provided very thorough information early on, which is a big plus for VRBO visitors. Nice location, close to freeway and restaurants.

The housing was clean, and convenient to Walmart, gas stations.

We used this home as a hub location to visit all the National parks in the area, and it was perfect for our family. We were able to easily get to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and much more. It was a welcome place to come back to. My family especially loved watching movies on the big screen downstairs at night. It was the perfect compliment to our family vacation. Scott and Rosalee were excellent hosts. Thanks for a great trip!

Its a very roomy place to stay. We had the upstairs, while the kids could hang out downstairs. Great location as well!

We came into town to spend family time together and hike Kolob Canyon. Great location for us! We had plenty of room for our group of 6.
