Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any text. The house had an amazing amount of dishes silverware,cups and glasses. We had10 people and never ran out of clean dishes. Our host thought of everything from beach chairs to extra tables to coffee pods and/or beans and a grinder. Our 4 grandchildren took over a bedroom and 6 adults and 2dogs had plenty of room to hang out.

This was the best home that I have stayed at. The house was so well stocked with kitchen items (so many spices, utensils, grills), towels, and just extras (beach chairs, bug spray, etc). The home was very clean. The host was great and communicated as needed with me about extras. The location was fine and close enough with driving to the places that we were interested in visiting. Thr backyard was also a great size and the kids loved playing back there. Highly recommend.

I have never been to a rental property that had more towels than I could ever need. James really was amazing throughout our entire stay and had anticipated every need we could have. Parking permit for the beach, three different type of grill options, stumbling distance to Jimmy the Greeks, two type of coupe glasses, everything! Comfortable bedding, good A/C, bars of Dove soap. Chef kiss!

James is the best host! So responsive to any questions and he has furnished the house with anything and everything you need. Highly recommend

We (two families of four) stayed in this house in the second half of June 2025. It's a neat house with enough beds to sleep for 8-10 people. The only downside is one shower. There is another one with hot watter outside of the house but when it's cold outside you may not want to use it. The house if fully stuffed with home appliances, dishes and cookware. They even provided complimentary Keurig coffee cups, some water and beer. Overall it's a good property.

The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here.

property was perfect for us, our 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Convenient location (beach lot parking pass was a real plus). Air conditioned house was great for the 90 degree days and nights. House was well equipped including plenty of towels and robes for the popular out door after beach shower. James was very available and helpful including some great restaurant recommendations. We’re planning to return and highly recommend it.

Everything about this place was perfect for my family. Great location, well stocked, clean, pet friendly. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Close to the beach and many other activities.

Owner was very attentive. Left bottle of champagne knowing we were there for a bachelorette.

House was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and more. Host James thought of everything even left us a little local gift which we enjoyed. Location was perfect just enough outside of all the OOB traffic. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

James was an amazing host, very communicative and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure our guests were supported thoroughly. The property was just as listed, close to everything and the outdoor shower was a great additional feature.
