Near Beaches Entire Home 4 Bedroom

The house was very nice. Clean, organized and well maintained. The location was very good. The host had great communication with us and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The only thing the property lacked was enough cooking utensils and baking dishes and thing's of that nature. Beautiful house and Kitchen, lots of space. ??❤️

Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend this home to anyone, especially folks that enjoy going out to nearby restaurants, bars, concerts. Place was super clean, great communication with owner & nice back private area to hang out. We would totally stay here again!

The property was perfect for our week of work in the area.

When we checked in at 7pm the AC was not working and it felt warm in the home. The refridgerator was also making a beeping noise like the door was left open, but the door was closed. Called owner, I spent at least 45 minutes trying to reset circuit breakers and troubleshoot the AC issue but couldn't get it resolved. Owner wasn't willing to pay to have someone come out that evening and wanted to wait until the next day. I was in town for a funeral service for my wife and we were doing the service the following day. I still was getting things ready for that and didn't expect to have to spend time trying to get the AC working there. Ultimately I told him we would not be staying there and asked for a refund, which he agreed to, but he asked that I cancel the reservation. The problem with that is after 4pm on the checkin day only the owner can cancel the reservation. Even after I tried to cancel online and told owner there was no option for me to do so, he insisted I call VRBO and have it cancelled. I called them (1hr holding and talking to someone) to find out that I couldn't cancel it over the phone, so VRBO had to reach out to him and have him do it anyway. Owner could have handled this from the onset.If the owner has to cancel they still get charged a fee and then VRBO investigates the property and if they find multiple issues will eventually remove the property listing. Other than that, the home was spacious and seemed decent, not the greatest neighborhood though.

We come every year for Spring training and this house was an excellent location for us. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom remodels. Beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space, nice linens and towels. Property was clean and area was very quiet. The host was amazing, very quick to respond and extremely accommodating.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean and tidy and the host was very good with communication. Few fast food restaurants closeby. Water pressure in the ensuite wash basin was low.

We chose this housef for the location. We were attending an event nearby. The house was clean and as described. Older house but many new upgrades had been made. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet. House is in close proximity to the essentials. I would assume the AC iworks great . We never used it as our trip was during the major cold snap of 2025. It actuall got down to the upper 30's. Over all a great pick and worth the price!

The house was very clean, updated, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable! If you plan on cooking at the house, this might not be the best option for you. There are not many utensils or cooking materials, it’s very bare bones, but if you plan on eating out for all your meals this place would be perfect for you. I would recommend the owner purchase some more kitchen supplies, and maybe some other blankets for the living room.

Julio was absolutely wonderful! The place has been redone inside and was super cute. Beds were comfy as well.

Check-in was easy and checking out was just as simple. There wasn’t a long list of things that we needed to do upon leaving. We never really had a need to reach out to the owner. When we did, the owner always replied within a few minutes. The house is probably twenty minutes from the beach, if not less. There are a couple of boogie boards for guests to use in the garage. There are also a couple of bikes that we used to get a feel of the neighborhood. Nothing picturesque, just a regular residential neighborhood. My husband and sons drove about ten minutes to spend the day fishing from a charter boat. They caught quite a few good-sized fish. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beaches though, which was the whole reason for the trip. Overall, no complaints.
