Someone previously had broken the mr. coffee pot and it was not replaced. We bought a new one to use but brought it home. The biggest problem was the chairs around the pool. The plastic Adirondack chairs are dangerous. The first day my husband sat in one and sat back on the chair and it broke right at the place where it joins the back. He had several cuts across his left arm. We left it with another chair that was left there previously. I would suggest replacing these chairs with something more stable. We had water leaking in one of the bathrooms under the sink and it took three days to get it repaired. It didn’t look like the pool had been cleaned for had a lot of sand in it. The hot tub jets were barely pulsing too. I think these issues should’ve been taken care of before the season began. The outside shower was also full of sand.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Great amenities, very clean, rest communication.

The house easily handled our 7 adults and 6 kids. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the group with plenty of dishes, pots, silverware, and 2 dishwashers. But it would have been appreciated if you could have left us with a supply of toilet paper, and soap. In addition, there was lots of sand down around the pool and shower area, so it was impossible to shower away sand from the beach, then get in the pool without tracking sand into the pool, but these are minor issues in the big picture.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our house had a wonderful view of the ocean & sunrises. The family really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We found the jets did not work at all on the hot tub. We wanted to use the grill but found it was not cleaned & out of gas. The service guy was great. He took care of the grill & replace the tank. We found the house air filters had not been changed in a long time preventing the air circulation. The same guy took care of this problem & recognized they were in need of replacement. There was one burner on the stove that didn’t work. Overall, the family enjoyed the house & the closeness to the beach. But we found that the house was in need of repair (blind broken, floor tile broken, outside wooden front steps were in need of replacement). We expected the house to be significantly better than what we found for the amount of money we paid.

For 10k a week it would be nice to have some upgraded finishes on the house (Flooring, bathroom fixtures, hot tub...etc). Also an additional bathroom would be nice for the second floor master. Better guide of recommended things to do.Property management was awesome. I called and left a VM over the holidays and the next day someone showed up and fixed the hot tub. No hassle or run around they just did it.) Would definitely rent again.

If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the property itself could use some TLC and some hard core cleaning. The other negative would be that I had arranged and paid for the pool heat to be turned on prior to our arrival and it wasn’t. We lost 2.5 days of our pool use due to it being cold and I was unable to get a person at Brach Realty to answer the phone or respond to my email until Tuesday am. I feel the pool heat cost for those 2 days should’ve be pro rated and refunded to me, but that was never offered. I also called about the hot tub not working and the guy that came to turn on the pool heat checked it and said it’s “temperamental” (so that told me it was a known issue) and pressed some buttons to get it going for the moment. I asked what buttons he pushed and he said “I just push these 2 until it works.” It only worked intermittently.The little gazebo at the end of the boardwalk to the beach was very nice to leave you chairs and sand toys.
