Cooling is provided via central A/C in the main areas (kitchen, primary bedroom, great room) and window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The rest of the home benefits from Flagstaff’s cool mountain air—just crack a window and let nature do the rest. The bunk bedroom also stays comfortable when doors are left open.



➼Traveling with Little Ones We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.



➼Parking

Whether you’re rolling in solo or with a full crew, you’ll have space to spare. You will have access to the driveway and a garage space!



➼Winter Guests:

Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.

Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.



➼Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog. Please share their breeds with us in advance so we can ensure the best experience for everyone.



➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is nestled close to Northern Arizona University's campus, giving you easy access to all the energy and amenities the area has to offer. As with any vibrant college neighborhood, there is potential for ambient noise from the surrounding student housing and campus activity—particularly on weekends and during the academic year. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly and enjoy your stay to the fullest!



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is conveniently located near major routes through Flagstaff, which means you may occasionally hear ambient noise from nearby freeway traffic or passing trains. Flagstaff is an active rail corridor, and train activity can occur at any hour of the day or night. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly!

    Cute house, very clean, great location. Nice porch for sitting. Don’t expect to do a lot of cooking as kitchen is minimally equipped. No grill. Still, great stay for us.

    This dwelling is located perfectly for walks on the NAU campus, strolling to downtown, or walking to the newest shopping area. It is comfortable, clean, and the kitchen is lovely. We spent a great deal of time on the front porch in the cool mountain air.

    I dont understand the “excellent” rating of this property. The house sleeps 6. Although there were only 2 of us we had some people over for dinner. There are only four plates in the house. The ceiling fans in the bedroom are unusable. They make so much noise and literally look they are about to plop out of the ceiling at any moment. There is one tiny couch. So if there are 6 people I am not sure where they are supposed to sit. Also four dining chairs. Pretty sure some of the bath mats were not laundered. Kind of icky. We made last minute plans to to go Flagstaff over the holiday weekend. If I could have found other accommodations I would have left. The house is just generally unkempt and rundown. Every time I encounter a short term rental like this I remember why I need I just stick with hotels.

    My husband and I stayed at this rental for a bouldering trip. This is the second time we’ve stayed here because we enjoy the cleanliness, responsive staff, and location. It’s close enough to downtown that you can walk everywhere but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. I spent most of the long weekend on the porch or couch reading. While I was outside, I was greeted by a friendly neighborhood cat who kept me company. It was the perfect spring weekend in the cool temps! The thermostat responded well to the fluctuations in temperature (low 40s at night and 80 during the day) and we were comfortable during our stay.

    The home was lovely, very comfortable in a perfect location near downtown and close to the major roads leading to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. There were extra pillows and towels which we really appreciate. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

    We enjoyed our stay. The newly renovated townhouse was well equipped with all the amenities one needs for a stay away from home. The garage was a plus for parking car because the neighborhood was rather sketchy; very old with thrashed and rundown homes. Although very quiet at night, it was not what we expected. The house is close to shopping and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The yard could use some cleanup. Not sure what you can do about the neighborhood cats lounging on the front porch chairs and scratching at the back door. Previous guests must have fed them.

    We spent about 5 days here the week after Labor Day. It is right next to campus (across the street), but did not get loud even on Saturday night. Easy walk to downtown, tons of places to eat, and a short drive to a bunch of hikes. Having 2 and a half bathrooms was really nice and there are a ton of different pillows if you are picky about that. Easy check in process and very reasonable requests by the hosts before you leave (take out the trash and have the dirty dishes in the dishwasher). Would stay here again for sure.

    Such a beautiful place. Walking distance to downtown food and fun! I loved the front porch covered in trees to enjoy coffee every morning! Highly recommended! Our kids loved it too. We will be back! Thanks again
