Everything went well. Our crew loved the home and we would stay again if we are back in the area.

Home is actually a duplex( with an interior door between units, our neighbor advised us to keep this locked) and without blinds on the kitchen window it lacks full privacy since the kithen is exposed to adjoing unit in foyer. Tha kitchen had all new appliances including a double stove but was poorly provisioned. The unit accomodates 6 adults but had 2 plates, no bakeware, no pots, and the silverware was missing knives ( but there were steak knives.)The deck was nice but there were no chairs for seating.The fireplace mantel needs to be secured as it almost fell to the ground when reaching up to retrieve a lighter off the mantel to start the fireplace. The water pressure seemed low and we ran out of hot water for a shower Chritmas Eve. Small note: the coffe pot is a Kuerig and since this wasnt in the notes i bought regular ground coffee and creamer. :( we needed pods and there werent any supplied. With a few adjustments or accurate details in the listing this will be a beautiful rental.
