Stayed Aug 6, 2025* Convenient location (less than 15 minutes to downtown Natchez). Quiet neighbourhood.* Very well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Rest of the house had a good supply of towels, hangars, etc.* Spacious and comfortable.* House was nice and cool despite the August heat.* Owner was responsive before and during our stay.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025This was the perfect house for the 7 of use to gather from 3 states. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom (1 couple shared their bath with their adult son). Inside the house itself could use a good deep cleaning and a fresh paint job but it was still a beautiful house. The patio out back was perfect for the smokers of the group so we all spent a lot of time out there. We are already talking about renting it again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025This was the perfect house for the 7 of us that gathered from 3 states. We all had our own bedroom and bath (1 bath was shared with parents and an adult son). The outside patio was nice for the smokers in the group and we spent a lot of time out there. The neighborhood appears to be older and somewhat run-down but all the neighbors were friendly. The house itself inside could use a good deep cleaning and a fresh paint job but it was still a beautiful house. We've already talked about renting it again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Fabulous time in Natchez - so much to do that we didn't have time to do it all! Especially liked the hot air balloon festival and stayed the week after to enjoy the mansions and museums and restaurants (yummy!) The house was great for the 9 of us and has extras - 2 refrigerators and a large dining room and a very large TV. Enjoyed it all!
