Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had an amazing stay at Tim and Kim's home. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor entertainment area where we spent most of our time if we werent downtown. We met Tim the owner and he was a lovely guy along with his son Montrel. There was 7 of us girls and 5 of us were celebrating our 50th birthdays. We can't say enough great things about this property. Its been weeks since we were there and we are all still talking about how much fun we had there. We definitely want to come back.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We just returned from a Nashville Girls Trip and had THE BEST TIME!! We had 10 ladies who were ready to both relax and have some fun, and this house was perfect for us!! The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cookware, pots and pans, etc. The air conditioning worked like a charm! There is a covered porch out back on both levels that was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying our morning coffee. The most impressive thing about the inside of the home was that, even with 10 girls showering one right after the other in 3 separate showers, we NEVER ran out of hot water!! The house was beautifully cleaned and well taken care of when we arrived.Now for the backyard...It was PERFECT! The pool itself was beautiful and clean. There are lay-down chairs and other chairs around a patio table. Attached to the pool area is the most charming covered sitting area! It has couches, another patio set, even a fireplace and TV! There were yard games, pool rings, bug spray, an inflatables pump and a bluetooth speaker available to us.The location was great too! We were a 10-15 minute Lyft ride to downtown. Right down the road is the entrance to a really great paved path and trail that leads to some amazing views and a park about 1.5 miles away. We went for runs and walks on the trails every day.I had a couple questions before our trip and the owner was very responsive to my emails. I would definitely recommend this place for your next group or large family trip! It was perfect!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great house to rent with a large group of people! The backyard with the pool was a favorite spot to hang out when we were not bopping around downtown on Broadway. An added plus was the proximity to downtown, just a quick uber ride back and forth. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
