Nashville Charmer - The Nations - Big Luxury Home

We had the most amazing time in this house! It was the perfect size for our group and so spacious and beautiful! We would definitely come back!

I shared this information with property management; but the dining table was a high top table and the chairs were regular size chairs so it wasn't possible to sit and eat at the table. Secondly, the couch and accent chair had broken coils and very very bumpy cushions so it was laughable and we were not able to sit together or eat together as a family.

This place was perfect for our family and friends! It is very spacious inside and had plenty of room for us! The location is very close to Nashville and close to a Walmart for supplies!

Property was good. Pictures are definitely nicer looking than the house actually was. Lots of dust over vents. Leather was peeling off bed frame. Otherwise a good house

- Hosts were very responsive and supplied us with towels for each guest- House was a bit worn in (some sinks weren't draining super well, no door knob on one of the bathrooms, marks on walls, worn down furniture, overgrown grass, etc.)- Beds were very comfortable- House was about a 20 minute uber to Broadway and would take about 10 minutes to arrive after ordering- House was spacious with enough room for our ten guests

Well worth the money. Excellent value!

The property location was perfect for our stay. The beds were great....so a perfect nights sleep. We were there for a family celebration, so comfort in the gathering area was important. The furniture in the den was horrible, as the springs were popping through. The dining table had regular chairs at a high top table. Needs a desperate update.

House was not well cleaned …. Hairs were in bed … furniture was not comfortable …. House smelled like marijuana. Property manager was very responsive and had sheets changes quicky

Our stay at this house for our son's wedding was very disappointing. While the house was very clean, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and stained. The dining room table was bar height but the chairs were standard height (and stained) making it impossible to eat at. One of the bar stools at the island was stuck in the highest position. The place smelled of smoke. The beds were comfortable though. Communication was poor. Definitely would not recommend

The house is cute, however I think it’s time to change de sofa. Very dirty and old. Also, the table is too high for the only 4 chairs they have. The house is supposed to host 12 guests but the table is for only 4 people and the chair doesn’t fit with the height of the table. The reason why we like rental houses instead of hotel it’s to have breakfast together in the house, so it would be better if the table was bigger so we can sit the whole party or at least almost everyone. The fans need to be cleaned as well. Thick layer of dust. HOWEVER, if you need a good night of sleep, rent this house! The mattress is Amazing!!!! All of them! Every single bed has good mattress! in the house. insyenad

We took our kids and grands on a Nashville trip to go to ICE and the Zoo Christmas Adventure. The house was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of us, beds and sleeping arrangements were great, and we loved the spacious kitchen/ living room area. The house was 15-20 minutes away from all our adventures. The hosts were so good about getting back to us promptly when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone planning a Nashville trip. a definite 5 star experience for our family.

Great location and comfortable beds!

The check-in process and host was very responsive. This house is conveniently located near downtown. The house was spacious and accommodated all of the guest. Unfortunately there were a few concerns. The home was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. The bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms were all dirty. Once the lack of cleanliness was brought to the host the areas were cleaned however not throughly the next day. Many furniture items in the home were very worn. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable due to multiple broken springs in the couch and chair. There is also limited parking.

The house is very nice. Close to highway so it is loud in the front bedrooms.

Great house with plenty of room. Location is close to the usual locations folks like to visit in Nashville. Beds were comfortable! Overall great property to stay at.

We had a great time in Nashville, great location near a lot of fantastic restaurants. Short uber rides to everywhere

We were super happy with the location and neighbor. We were within a 10 minute drive to several grocery stores. It was spacious and worked for our group. However, when we arrived we were welcomed to very large spider webs on the back porch. The house was very dusty and some rooms had clumps of hair in the “clean” sheets. The kitchen sink leaked and anything you put down the garbage disposal would come up in the next sink over. During our stay I also tried to contact the hosts several times and was only able to get a response from them twice. During our stay we reported several maintenance issues, including a broken HVAC unit and no one came to even look at these issues. My group had a wonderful time in Nashville, but I don’t think we would stay here again.

Great location for walking to bars and restaurants and has easy access to downtown Nashville. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The property manager was responsive and very helpful with our questions. We would stay again.
