    The space is great and comfortable BUT the first floor bedroom had ANTS! Very bad they were all over. The location is on the opposite side of train tracks from lower Broadway and downtown and TWICE there were stopped trains that added 30 minutes to a normal 10 min Uber ride from property to downtown. I would NOT stay here again !!

    This was our first time to use VRBO and was not sure what to expect. Our experience did not disappoint. This VRBO was great! The rooftop view is amazing, especially at night with the city lights displayed! The host (Allen) was helpful, answered all questions, and quick to reply to any messages/needs. There were a couple non-urgent issues during our stay (light out in bathroom, sink faucet handle fell off); Allen offered to have maintenance come in to repair items during our stay, but they were not urgent and did not interfere with our stay, so we declined maintenance and informed Allen repairs could wait until we checked out. Beds were very comfy. Showers had hot water, tho it took a while for the hot water to get to the upstairs. Plenty of storage throughout the condo with closets in bedrooms and kitchen cabinets. Very glad to have a garage for both vehicles. Uber rides to Broadway were 5-10 min. Overall we had a fantastic time; will be back again to visit Nashville and would recommend this condo!

    The pictures of this place are beautiful online. For the most part the house matched the pictures. However we felt that upon checking in the place could have been cleaner. Stains on the floors, floors were sticky, a cigar hole was burned into our comforter, and some of the amenities they had were not stocked. All the soap for hand-washing was low, no shampoo or conditioner. The rooftop was amazing but both lp gas tanks were empty so ww couldn't use without contacting owner. Its a short uber ride from downtown which is super nice.
