Stayed Mar 28, 2025We loved staying at this property! It was such a unique house in the setting in the woods was absolutely wonderful. The spacious decks and expense layout of the house gives it such character! The fact that there are two houses included in the rental, makes it even better. This place allows you to have solitude and peace even when the island is bustling. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property, multiple lights were broken, meaning that we had to use flashlights in the kitchen. There was also no heat or hot water, in late November. The rental manager ended up offering a refund, as we couldn't stay in the house and had to find other accommodations the night before Thanksgiving.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024the place was immaculate! the beds were comfortable the kitchen had all the amenities except a coffee bean grinder: so we used the blender in the guest house as the black and decker one in the main house did not work!! Minor minor inconvenience. i loo forward to returning to this house!!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Nice little spot tucked in off the beaten path but close to everything. Cozy spot weather hindered the deck use but we got by. Thanks again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I recently stayed at this fantastic rental in the woods on Martha’s Vineyard, and it exceeded all expectations. The property offers a perfect blend of privacy and convenience. Nestled in a serene wooded area, it provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Despite its secluded feel, it is remarkably close to town, making it easy to explore local attractions and amenities. One of the standout features of this rental is its proximity to a well-stocked grocery store, which made it incredibly convenient for stocking up on essentials and preparing meals. The house itself is well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Whether you’re looking to unwind in a tranquil setting or enjoy the nearby town, this rental house is an ideal choice for a memorable Martha’s Vineyard getaway.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024My family is so grateful to have found such a lovely place that could accommodate all of us for a reunion. With its beautiful grounds, gardens, and decks - Nana's treehouse is absolutely magical, offering lovely quiet nooks to enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up. The location is very quiet and peaceful - and it's near a small local beach that was never crowded. The rooms were comfortable as well. The kitchen could use more supplies - as we had numerous family meals and had to improvise on occasion - using a wok as a salad bowl. It was a little challenging locating the lockbox for the key - (it's on a tree - rather than on the door or on the porch. When we arrived after dark, it was very hard to find). Finally, the property owners use a rental agency, which we texted when we had a couple of issues, but we didn't really receive any follow-up to ensure our issues were rectified. I would recommend the owners create a welcome book, which includes all the necessary information - such as when the garbage gets picked up, what to do with towels and sheets when we check out, and includes information on getting a beach pass, which we were unable to find at the home). Still, it's a lovely place, and we had a wonderful time.
