Stayed May 24, 2025Home looked exactly like pictures! Clean, easy check in, nice street (with downtown Indy, sometimes you don’t know what you’re gonna get…), quiet nice neighborhood right on trail, beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 couples! I would definitely book this place again. I was worried we may have issues with rowdy neighbors (being in a duplex) but we didn’t even hear them/know if anyone was even there. 10/10

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Came down for the basketball tournament and this was a great place to stay. Only 10 minutes from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Property was super clean, will definitely stay here again when the tournament is back in Indy!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Just loved this vacation rental. Plenty of room to stretch and enjoy ourselves. All the amenities of home. Beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure. Bonus being right on the Monon Trail and a brisk walk to the Bottleworks section of town. Much enjoyed sitting on the front porch for eclipse viewing! I would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting Indy. Thanks for the lovely stay!
