It's also the perfect spot for a cozy night in, as you catch your favorite show on the wall-mounted TV with WIFi. Two sets of French doors lead out to a 3-season sunroom, complete with seating and dining areas. This is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee as you enjoy the neighborhood scenery. Perfect house and location
Perfect home for accommodating 13 on a girls trip!
This house is in an amazing location and really great set up for a large family or multiple families! We really enjoyed the all season room - saw dear almost every morning. Close to the beach and across from pool/clubhouse. Such a quiet and relaxing location but still close to town. We rode bikes to Timothy's, Skip's and Seedz Brewery. The bunk bed area was fantastic and liked that it was tucked away and quiet. Allowing adults to be in the main living area late at night, without waking up any sleeping kids. We love this little picket of Union Pier and will most certainly be back. My only complaint on this house was cleanliness - specifically of floors throughout, kitchen counters, and bedding in one room. It may have been a one off but the floors had not been swept, counters wipes down and sand was all over the place especially upstairs. The sheets in one room was covered with dirt/sand. We took care of cleaning this, as we did not want our stay to be disrupted with a cleaning crew. It was communicated with the rental company and do feel we should have been reimbursed for at the very least part of the cleaning fee. Email was sent asking but no one ever followed up with an answer.
Clean, neat, fully stocked kitchen! It was perfect for our family!!
This house is everything as advertised. We especially loved the huge family room/dining room/kitchen which allowed the entire family to be together whenever we wished. But there were also lots of places to mingle with smaller groups, such as the enclosed back porch and the backyard where the fire pit and lots of outdoor chairs were located. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and unlimited and easy access to the outdoor pool. The property manager even had a bunch of floating toys to use for the kids. The location is within walking distance of Townline Beach or a short drive to Warren State Park, another beach location.
The house was as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, right across the street from the common pool ( which was awesome). We all walked to the beach. Sunsets were fabulous! We will be back!!!
I would stay here over and over. Communication was top notch. Location was amazing. This house was so big and was able to accomidate all of ua comfortably. Property was so clean ans everything was easy to find. Pool was literally next door.
We stayed for a couple's getaway weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of privacy while the common area leant itself to plenty of seating for hanging out.
Great house for a girls weekend-beds to sleep 14 comfortably! Clean, nicely decorated-only complaints are no extra blankets (says it sleeps 16) & the smoke detector battery needed changing. Highly recommend walking to Timothy’s for dinner too!! Would definitely go back and rent again ??
House was wonderful!!
Great location
Our family (8 adults, 2 teenagers, 4 children 10-7) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mysa retreat. location was close to Lake Michigan, the pool was close by, the house was a perfect size and setup for our group. The kids loved it as did we. Especially appreciated that bedrooms had attached bathrooms. Only problems were drying towels in the dryer....took a very long time AND the broken rack in dishwasher. Otherwise a perfect house!!!!!
Enjoy the stay
The extra room above garage is really great for the kids and it is right across the street from the pool and game room.
Too complicated
nice house, room for many, good common area for the group
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The older kids (8-11) loved having the bunk room as their own room/play area. The amenities were great. We had more than enough towels for all 16 of us (didn't even use a lot of them). Everything was well stocked. We were comfortable and relaxed in the living area, the back porch and around the fire pit (except for the mosquitos, lol). Thanks for providing a great space where our families from Lansing, Milford, Mason and Huntsville Alabama could all come together for the first time in 4 years!
Smooth process!
Our group had a great visit to Union Pier. Mysa is a great home and had everything we needed.
Great home for several couples to gather for a getaway together.
