STR Guest Responsibilities:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

Q: Is parking provided A: Yes, you will have parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 in the attached garage and 1 street parking pass).
Q: Can I bring my dog A: We love animals, but our property is strictly pet-free.
Q: Can I host a gathering or have visitors A: We do not allow parties or events. However, you may have up to 10 daytime guests between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM per city ordinances. Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 8 guests.
Q: Do I need to verify my identity A: Yes, if your booking is made less than 30 days before arrival. You will be asked to provide a photo of the front and back of your ID, a photo of your credit card, and a selfie to complete your reservation securely.

    the host was awesome! we spent Thanksgiving at this property and he was willing to answer any questions we had almost instantly. Beautiful house that may be more like 185 steps to the sand (for a 15 year old son of ours anyways)! thank you for letting us stay!

    We stayed in Oceanside for a week and it was WONDERFUL!! Tim, the property manager, was so helpful and communicative with us. We couldn't have asked for better! Pictures of property and amenities were exactly as they appeared on the website. Beds were very comfy and there was plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were very easy to get to and we took advantage so we didn't go home and have to do laundry. The grill was used one night and it was VERY clean and easy to use. We all enjoyed the hot tub! Everything was perfect and we loved everything about the experience. We'll definitely stay here again if we get back to California in the future. Thanks so much, Tim!!

    We had a great stay. The rooftop lounge area was private & incredible. The hot tub is a nice touch. The sound of the ocean during a beautiful sunset was priceless. The property manager was easy to contact & very responsive. The house had everything we needed. NOTE: there are 4 levels so if stairs are an issue - this wouldn’t be for you. Very easy walk to restaurants, shopping & the beach.

    Located close to the water, this place was top-notch. Very large unit with lots of clean while working appliances. Love the rooftop for dining and jacuzzi.

    We loved this property. It was everything we thought it'd be and more. It's a block from the beach and within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and the harbour. We especially loved the rooftop bar and hot tub. It was very relaxing with a great view of the ocean. The property was well stocked and the property manager Tim was friendly and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

    The best part of this rental was the location. The jacuzzi on top of the place was also clean and perfect temperature. The couches in the living room may look uncomfortable in the pictures, but in person they were very comfy and it was convenient that they could be made into beds.

    We enjoyed a great extended weekend at this property. Everything from coordinating with the Owner, to easy access to the property, great amenities, the roof-top deck with spectacular ocean views, the clean and inviting hot tub, and easy access to the beach and Oceanside pier. All in all, a perfect 10 vacation!
