Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was the second summer our family has stayed here. The home is comfortable and allowed us to spread out or spend time together. It’s a great space in an excellent location so close to River Street and the beach. The house has been ready to go when we arrived both this and last year and it feels like we are staying with family. We booked for next summer before our vacation was over this time and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Perfect size, the porch was perfect to play games or just read in evenings, while others sat on patio. The stairs were tough, but was fantastic ;will do again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our family of six had a very comfortable week staying here. Everyone had their own space when needed and there was plenty enough room for us to gather as well. We even had our friends over for dinner who were staying nearby and everyone was so comfortable. There are many conveniences and comforts is this home and we love that it is an historical home. The location is so incredible as well. Elk Rapids is a gem! We cannot wait to visit again next year!
