Modernised 100-year old red brick terrace on a quiet, residential street in the Lisburn Road area. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and a park within a 5 minute stroll. The city centre is 5-15 minutes by train or bus - one stop of the train, which I recommend.
Two double bedrooms to choose from - one spacious, the second is ‘compact’ - they both hold kind size beds.
I live here part time. It is my little place in the city. Make yourself at home and enjoy.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The location of this property is great for walking to coffee shop and restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, you want to just park the car and set out on foot to enjoy the night. The on street parking does thin out after 5. We were a little nervous but it is true.

The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Neil was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had. Honestly, there’s nothing I would change about the experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Belfast!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Staying at Neil’s place was just what my sister and I needed during our holiday. There are so many thoughtful touches and the house is decorated with a lovely sense of style. Location was close to 2 separate grocery store and within a short drive to many tourist sights. There are also lots of nice restaurants nearby, but my sister and I took advantage of the beautiful kitchen and cooked most of the time.
