This 'Island Pad' is a great open layout 4br/4ba direct beachfront home. This is steps and then the sand - with a huge beachfront deck that spans the width of the house! This is on 100 feet of beachfront on the famed Ariola Drive on Pensacola beach, to the west is no house just small public access so it is a perfect location!
Two Master suites are Gulf Front bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first has a king bed and a full-size pull-out sofa and sleeps 4 with a full bathroom. The

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Our family had a great time! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and a very well stocked kitchen. My only wish was that it had a ice maker which would have eliminated several trips to the store to restock our coolers. The view and weather were fabulous!

Stayed May 15, 2025The house was great but found out at the last minute we had to pay a large amount because we had a wedding. I emailed the owner 3 times to ask about wedding and no answer and at the last minute we had to pay a large amount. That we were prepared for. There are snakes all around the sand dunes around the house. We saw 3 while we were there. House was great except lights above island did not work and the ceiling fans were bad dirty.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024Amazing house for our 3-family get together! Great location and just far enough away from town to avoid the craziness. Come prepared with the essentials though - sponge to wash dishes, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom), paper towels/napkins and if you're lucky the can opener we had to buy will still be there. Also the towels are a bit thin, so be prepared to do laundry. Even with all these details in mind, I would still highly recommend the house to friends and family simply because of the location and view.
