Stayed Jul 10, 2025My husband, son and two fishing buddies stayed at this relaxing property for a week while on an intense fishing trip. Everyone commented that it was in a great location, peaceful, clean, and plenty of space for them all to chill. The view was spectacular and the owner was readily available to answer any questions they had during their stay. They all agreed, that if they returned to Homer, they would stay there again. Two thumbs up

Stayed Aug 16, 2023The house has a beautiful view and is very quiet. The kitchen with utensils worked great. The location was perfect for us. A grocery store literally 2 minutes away. A great little park with PB courts and a playground for kids. The only thing that we thought could be better would be to rearrange the living room. Move the couches out to where you could sit and enjoy that wonderful view. The hosts were great and worked with us on an issue. Tom gives the host and the spot two thumbs up!!

Stayed Jun 22, 2023There was one particular problem with this property that we had a problem with. You have to be very careful about the amount of water that you used. A water truck comes around once a week to fill the tank. So water is limited. This is not related to the property but unless you like to fish every day there is absolutely nothing to do in Homer.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022The house was amazingly huge, bigger than I thought it would be. The 6 of us had enough room to have our private space and enough space to all hang out in together. It's close to Homer and the Spit, right by the bagel shop too!
