I booked this unit for my ex-husband and son to stay in for a baseball tournament in the area. There was an issue with the shower handle working which the owner/property manager addresses in a timely manner, however, their were other issues. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when touched, their was toothpaste around the sink upon arrival-so it was obviously not cleaned or cleaned well, the pots and pans were not clean, the unit smelled like a smoker had resided there and the unit overall didn’t feel clean and look as the pictures. They left early and stayed in a hotel nearby. I was forwarded pictures of what they encountered and forwarded those to the property manager and asked for a discount. Since the issues were not addressed when I contacted him about the shower handle not working, they declined any discount even after sending pictures of the issues. My ex husband didn’t want to deal with it and thought that since I booked it and paid for it, I could handle it as he was focusing on the baseball showcase with my son. No concession was made but wanted anybody who reads this review to be aware of the issues before booking.

The property was more than enough for my son and I. It was clean and in a safe area. The owner communicated with us every step of the way.
