The apartment was nice and well located in Lincon with close by attractions. But it is just good in case you want to stay near to attractions. The house does not had TV working , no tissues roll ( had one for stay of 3 night stay ) , internet was not good and no much kids entertainments stuff. Inconvenient for trash disposal.to Overall Ok to stay.

This condo provided an excellent location and all the amenities needed. The 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and the additional den provided what this group needed.

The Lincoln area has something for any age - the youngest great grand child at 8 to the 80+ great Gramma. A beautiful indoor pool was a terrific benefit when a brief summer storm swept thru. The condo lived up to its description and the staff was totally responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The location is close to everything the White Mnts have to offer. Two minor complaints: the stove top was very finicky and hard to regulate the heat and 2) there ware only a few spoons so we were continually washing them. Having said that, we’d come back.

Both floor AC's shut off multiple times during the night, had to be drained .. My goomah's 1st floor bedroom was extremely hot, no AC or fan .. Both propane gas tanks were empty, called property management after hours, delivered a tank with in 15 min ..

Place was not clean at all your paying for a cleaning fee for what dirty fans didnt work windows some didnt open blinds didnt go up 2 acs one shut off first night that was it couldnt open window fans broken had to go and buy fans to top off all that the mold in downstairs bedroom black mold my family members left they had kids 1 and 3 with asthma they were afraid the mold in upstairs the shower head forget it and had to be disturbed by waiting for a fridge to be delivered and sign for it i would recommend nobody stay here until the mold issue is fixed and shame on you loon mountain reservations for not doing anything about it this place should of never been rented out i did finish my stay with the rest of my family we shut the door to that room didnt use upstairs bathroom because i paid for a getaway to enjoy but didnt really enjoy i really want all my money back and this place should not be rented out until its cleaned up !!! And took pictures of it all
