Stayed Oct 14, 2025The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. I appreciated the Britta filter in the fridge. We were not able to turn the hot tub on sadly! We tried communicating about it but although the property manager tried to help, we weren't able to turn it on. The fire pit and patio were lovely.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Our stay at the Mulberry House was great! We were in town to celebrate our nephew's birthday and everyone had such a good time. House was clean, everything worked as expected and appreciates the nice touches like easy to access outlets by the beds, plenty of gas for the grill and firepit, and plenty of coffee. We absolutely would stay again.

We would definitely recommend for anyone wants a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Unfortunately our stay was short and we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, but it would nice to have the option at an affordable price. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We had a blast! Close to Main St and wineries! Checkin is 3PM however we couldn’t check in until 4PM, had to wait in the driveway until the code was enable to go in. Other than that, we would visit again! Thank you James for your hospitality!
