I also rent cars (Tesla's, Suburban's and Subaru's) on Turo.com. All of my vehicles are equipped with snow tires during the winter months (the other rental car companies do have snow tires). Snow tires significantly improve tire traction and vehicle handling on snow and ice. I've include two links to the vehicles I rent on Turo and my Facebook page where you can view the most recent wildlife video’s.

This was our first trip to Montana and the property was perfect. Art is an amazing host with the perfect amount of support and communication. He set us up with ideas of things to do, left wine and chocolates, s'mores for the kids and so much more! He had binoculars there, firewood staged at the fire pit, toys for the littles, movies, and the list goes on and on! We loved the beds- such a great comfort after long days outside. We enjoyed the hot tub (nice robes available). Sitting on the deck each morning and evening was our favorite! We spotted mule deer, fox, snowshoe rabbit, moose and baby, white tail deer, hummingbirds, owl and so on. The wildflowers all over the yard were a delight! We were a little sad to leave but wow what a great place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors! Thanks Art!
The property is stunning. The view/setting alone is worth the price of admission….and the house is great too…. As is the owner!
We loved this well appointed home with stunning views and wildlife! Art was just great!!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Art's home. He has been a formidable host and the house offered all that we could ask for. The views from the terrace are stunning and even better if enjoyed while sitting in the jacuzzi.
Like anyone else reading this, before we booked this trip we read review after review. All I could think was ‘how can the pictures not do it justice, they seem too good to be true’. But the reviews are spot on. The pictures are great but the reality is so much more. Once you are on the mountain, it’s like a birds view from their perch. The views are incredible. We booked to celebrate my birthday and wanted someplace we could just hang out, escape from having a schedule and hopefully catch some wildlife. That is exactly what you will find here! We woke up every morning to have coffee watching the deer, saw a moose on our first day and loved daily visits from the fox. We watched storms roll in and when the clouds cleared, saw more stars in the sky than I can remember seeing. The description about the drive up the mountain is correct. We decided that WHEN we go back, we will be back on property before dark. But during the day the location is perfect! Halfway between Bozeman and Livingston. Art was fantastic! As described, he meets you at the bottom of the mountain to guide you up and gives you a walk through of the house. The furniture is in great shape and beds comfortable. Note there are only 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms with doors. The upstairs is a loft. It didn’t bother us for what we needed but good to know if you have a need for 3 bedrooms and full baths. All to say we will be back and already looking at dates. I am afraid the more people find out about this place, the faster it will book. I almost want to keep it a secret but Art is too amazing not to do it justice. So if you want your shoulders to relax, breathe in some clean mountain air, and just enjoy nature. This is the place to book
Art was great before we even got there! Communicated with us about the house and met us at the bottom of the mountain to guide us up and explain everything which was incredibly helpful! Photos just don't do the spectacular views justice!! It's absolutely breathtaking! The drive up the mountain will blow your mind! The kitchen has everything you need. We don't have Alexa and it was fun to play music through it. Perfect spot from the airport and downtown Bozeman. Many things to do. We suggest renting an ATV and go riding the Gallatin National Forrest. It was incredible! We saw amazing storms roll in, it's like you're on top of the world! We normally don't write reviews, but wanted everyone to know how amazing this house is!!!! Thanks again, Art!!
We had an incredible stay at this property. Art was an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate our family. The views are incredible and the wildlife plentiful. Best sunsets!!! Would highly recommend this property to others.
This home is amazing! Nothing has been overlooked. Anything you could possibly need or want is supplied. Beds were super comfy and water pressure was good. Communication was spot on. Questions were answered quickly and a quick escort up the mountain and introduction to the Smart home, by the owner, was welcome. Now let’s talk about the views! This Florida girl was in Heaven! The view was nothing less than awe inspiring. It was why I rented the house in the first place and it didn’t disappoint! Just know, you can’t have those views without a little effort. It’s a 15 minute drive up and down the mountain, but no matter, it’s totally worth it! I highly recommend!
This property was amazing! From the wildlife and solitude, to the views from the deck of the Bridger Range, this place was exactly what we needed. Art thought of everything; stocking the home with so many extras we really didn't need to (or want to) leave after our initial grocery run. And the hot tub under the stars was awesome! We already miss this Montana retreat and want to come back!
Wonderful home in an amazing setting with fantastic views and sunsets. What you read about and see is what you get - in fact the photos don’t do it justice. I agree with all the recent reviews. The home is clean, well appointed, the tech is cool, the kitchen well stocked with staples - iota a great vacation home. If you want an isolated place but still convenient to Bozeman and Livingston, this is your place. And Art, is one of the best hosts I have come across. He is responsive, pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to accommodate and assure that you will have everything you need.
We had a wonderful stay at The Edge. From our host, Art, who met us and introduced us to the property, to the beautiful home and amenities, to the incredible views and wildlife we saw…it was amazing. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Art goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. This is definitely a 5 star worthy experience!
This property was beautiful. The Cabin was large, comfortable and had all the modern conveniences. Especially thankful for the well equipped kitchen stocked with staples. The views are incredible - pictures don't do it justice. Art was a wonderful host - accommodating in any way he could be. Definitely ensure you have a 4X4 as you will need it. Otherwise prepare to relax and get lost in the vistas and animals on property. Day trips to Bozeman / Big Sky were very straightforward. YNP was a dream day trip too but we just missed all the terrible flooding so make sure you plan that in advance as it will take some time for the park to recover unfortunately.
