Boroka occupies the rear right corner of the property, backing onto the Grampians National Park. Its corner position provides an added sense of privacy, with bushland directly behind and only one neighbouring villa beside it.

Inside, the villa offers generous space and comfort. Cathedral ceilings enhance the sense of openness, while the king four-poster bed and spa ensuite create a relaxed couples retreat. The fireplace adds warmth in the cooler months, and the full kitchen makes longer stays easy and convenient.

With native bushland directly behind, wildlife sightings are common, especially at dawn and dusk.

Mountainside Villas are located in a quiet, leafy pocket of Halls Gap, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Grampians National Park. The villa is just a short walk or few minutes’ drive to the village centre, where you’ll find welcoming cafés, restaurants, local shops, and essential services.

Halls Gap is known for its abundant wildlife and it’s common to see kangaroos, cockatoos, and deer nearby, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area offers easy access to some of the Grampians’ most iconic walking trails, lookouts, and natural attractions including Venus Baths, Mackenzie Falls, and The Pinnacle.

Despite its peaceful setting, everything you need is close by, making it an ideal base to explore the region or simply relax and enjoy the slower pace and mountain surroundings.

Each villa includes a dedicated undercover car space, providing convenient, weather-protected parking just a short walk from your entrance.

Halls Gap is a small and easy town to navigate. The main street, cafés, restaurants, and local shops are approximately a 10–15 minute walk on the sealed path or a few minutes’ drive from the villas.

One dog is allowed (cats are prohibited in Halls Gap). Please note there is no fencing and you are required to keep your pet on a leash when outside and clean up after it.
