Mountain villa - ski access 50 yards away - private hot tub

This was truly a five-star stay! The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Great communication from the property management company. Very convenient location just a short jaunt from the ski lift, a fantastic breakfast place was also just down the hill. The home smelled great, sparkling clean, beautifully decorated. Hot tub was immaculate and functioned perfectly. The checkout instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly this is a ski in-ski out location. It was difficult to tell looking at the map, but it is definitely a ski in/out location. Close proximity to Park Ave and Main Street along with the Atown Lift.

We stayed here for 8 nights for a ski holiday. Great location and house. Wish there was a pasta bowl for the kitchen but made do with a large cooking pot….We had a minor issue with the circuit breaker to upstairs bedrooms going off but the property manager was very responsive and sent a handyman right over to help address the issue.

This was super easy to walk to the trail that gets you to the town lift and then ski back. Easy walk into town for dinner. Nice hot tub on the deck. House is gorgeous!

The managing company is very efficient and eagerly makes things right! Prior to booking, we requested that there be a working BBQ grill on site. It was verified back in June prior to booking that there was a working grill on site. Unfortunately, the grill had broken in December and they failed to notify us. Upon us notifying the management company of our disappointment that there was no working grill, they quickly bought a new grill, put it together within hours of us notifying them. We were incredibly impressed with their response time! Huge Kudos!!The house itself is beautifully furnished and very well-maintained! The kitchen is very well stocked! Our family had an extremely incredible time. The house is very close to main street with great shopping and eateries.

Back to back years here, it is a perfect place!

What a wonderful home in a perfect location for skiers and shoppers! Will absolutely look to stay here when visiting park city again!

The property is beautiful, like new, and immaculately maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and linens (bed sheets and bath towels) were like new. Great location and neighborhood with walkable access to the base of Park City village and Main St. Would definitely book this property again and recommend to others.

Fantastic property.

This is my second time staying at this beautifully equipped Mountain Villa. Work brings me to Park City for a month during the summer and this property has all the comforts of home - the most comfortable beds, a chef's kitchen, a theater room and more. Nestled at the top of Empire Ave, this location make for easy access to the mountain or Main Street. The steam showers and the hot tub are a plus after a long day of work or a long day of skiing or hiking. This home is a wonderful retreat for those visiting Park City to work or to play, 10/10 - I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone coming alone or with family.
