Mountain views from brand new property in quiet neighborhood!!!

Home is in excellent condition, conveniently located close to everything in Valdez. Nice quiet neighborhood with very little traffic or noise! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again during our fishing trips to the area!

Valdez is amazing. This home does have mountain views. From the picture shown, I thought it may be more secluded but it was in a neighborhood with homes next door and across the street. A nice neighborhood, nevertheless, but if you think you are going to be in the country, you won't be. The home was clean was what we needed..

Clean, spacious, and close to downtown. Excellent place for anything in Valdez.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonya's home in Valdez. This is very close to the town and multiple trails. Amazing views all around with a very comfortable home.

Family from Fairbanks and Anchorage met up to stay here for three days during the Valdez Fly In. Loved having the large dining table / bar area to enjoy preparing and eating our family meals. The beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone. Great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again!

Really nice house with great layout. Worked perfect for our crew in town for skiing. Sonya was super helpful when we needed a couple things in the first day and came right over. Would stay here again!

This property was great!!! .. house was beautiful .. great kitchen to make our own meals .. everything you would ever need .. as far as Sonya the host , she was also great and was quick to respond to any questions I had .. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Valdez . Thanks again Sonya for hosting us

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days in this gorgeous home. The property was on a quite dead end street where we enjoyed the quiet and seclusion but were just minutes from all the amazing things Valdez has to offer. Home was very clean and fully stocked kitchen for sharing family meals. Getting to harbor, grocery stores, parks, water all just minutes away. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again. Host was wonderful with communication and left great suggestions and even a couple free coffee gift certificates to her favorite local coffee shop… nice added touch!

Really nice place for 7 of us on a fishing trip. Nice to be dry and this house is super nice

The house was very comfortable and all the furniture and appliances were updated and stylish. The owner was very accommodating and assited with some of the logistics for our wedding party. Highly recommend party.
