A Perfect Countryside Retreat — Peaceful, Comfortable, and Full of CharmWe had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The views alone are worth the trip—rolling farmland, majestic mountains, and even a glimpse of water in the distance. It’s the kind of place where you wake up and feel instantly relaxed. The home itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds and inviting common areas perfect for gathering or unwinding. The AC was a lifesaver during several hot summer days. What really made the stay special were the little touches: fresh eggs from the farm, English muffins, and even hollandaise sauce waiting for us in the fridge. After a day of exploring the Olympic National Forest and nearby Port Angeles or Sequim, the hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to wind down.We enjoyed visiting the chickens, goats, ducks, and especially the kittens. The host was friendly, proactive, and quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay memorable.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of farm life and plenty of comfort.

Wow wow wow. Everything about this place was perfect. From the fenced in playground for my toddler, to the sauna/hot tub, the mattress firm bed and the super comfortable upstairs loft! What a perfect place to spend a few nights as our landing spot for Olympic NP.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Homestead Villa. We appreciated the special touches they had for our kids like a bathroom stool, toys, and kids cups/bowls. Our family also enjoyed feeding the goats and chickens each morning!

What a an absolute gem! The house was beautiful and stocked with every amenity we could’ve possibly needed, and our kids were absolutely over the moon for the kitten, goats, and other animals. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. If we we are ever back in the area we will absolutely book again because we truly didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful house with a spacious yard. The hot tub and sauna are a big plus! The house was very nicely decorated, had lots of character and amazing windows with views of the mountains, the farm fields and the Straits across to Canada. There were fun farm animals such as cats, goats, chicken and even a turkey. The host kindly left drinks and food for us when we arrived, including fresh eggs from the chicken. We couldn't get wifi so contacted the owners who immediately responded and helped us realize the modem wasn't plugged in. Super nice and kind people. We'd love to stay again and highly recommend to others!

We had a fantastic stay at the Homestead Villa. The view of the Olympic mountains was anwesome and being surrounded by all the farm animals (especially the farm cats) really made for a delightful stay. Denver and Katrina were gracious hosts even providing a dozen farm fresh eggs and all the fixings for eggs Benedict! All supplies were readily available for any need. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this property!

We only stay in homes rates 4.9 or higher, and even given that high standard, Denver and Katrina's home stands out as exceptional. The home is exceptionally clean, bright and filled with light and fantastic views of the mountains! We explored the Olympic National Park by day and made all our meals at the house - it was remarkably well-stocked with everything we needed to cook 10+ meals. They have thought of everything! They even stocked the fridge with stuff to make salmon eggs Benedict for breakfast our first morning!! 5 stars for Homestead Villa. Katrina and Denver are remarkable hosts and the experience was superb!
