The dining area has large windows for spectacular views and plenty of natural light, while a glass door leads to the balcony. The main bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with a 55” TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spa-like soaker tub. Two cozy guest rooms offers 40” TVs and one has an en suite bathroom.

Amenities at your townhouse include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles (one in the heated garage, and one in the driveway). Guests arriving in summer months will appreciate that this home is also equipped with central air-conditioning, an unusual pleasantry in the mountains. This property is accessible via an interior staircase.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
