WILDLIFE NOTICE: You're in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! It’s not uncommon to spot bears. Please keep cars locked, don’t leave food or trash outside, and enjoy wildlife responsibly.

DRIVEWAY/PARKING: There’s room for up to 3 small/mid-sized cars, the road is a mix of gravel and asphalt to the home, 5-10 mph max. The final driveway up to the home is steep, AWD is recommended.

LOCAL CRITTERS: We use pest control service, but we are in the mountains, so some friendly bugs may pay a visit! To minimize their presence, keep doors and windows closed. You may see our pest control service pop in during their monthly service but will only treat around the exterior to help us maintain our Restful Retreat.

Our home was previously under management by a 3rd party with 5 star reviews. This year, we are managing it ourselves as we wanted to offer more of a personal touch to our guests.

– Local Ordinances: Asheville enforces a noise curfew; please honor our neighbors.

– Maintenance Services such as pest control, landscaping, hot tub, and trash pick up may arrive during a guest stay but will only access the exterior of the home.
