Stayed Aug 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Cedar City! This home was cozy, clean and perfectly situated for us to walk to and from the Shakespeare Festival as well as to some of our favorite restaurant and coffee shops near Main Street. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The house looked lovely but it was not thoroughly cleaned. There were dirty surfaces, garbage left in bins, and garbage on the bathroom floor behind the bin (gross) and on the carpet underneath and around the beds. The bedrooms did not have bedside lamps, which were missed (no reading in bed), but the house was otherwise well-appointed.

Stayed May 22, 2025Very nice place with everything you need. Very home-like feel, backyard is so relaxing with a nice shade tree. The door code was not for the keypad, it’s for a key in the lockbox we luckily found. Not a huge deal maybe just a misunderstanding. Close to everything but you wouldn’t know it, it’s pretty quiet.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We loved everything about this house. The location was perfect, the house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and we will totally stay here again. Seriously, I am praying the owners read this and send me the mattress and pillow specifics so I can replace my sets at home. Thank you for making our stay over graduation week so delightful. We've stayed a lot of places and this might be one of our favorites!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Our granddaughter graduated with a degree in theater and her first “gig” was the play “39 Steps”, being presented by The Shakespeare Festival. This property was not only “immaculate”, it really was in walking distance to the theater. It was so beautifully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable. Perfect location for a large selection of eateries. The variety of mattresses was really nice. (Soft; medium; firm). The extra bedroom (TV room) downstairs was an added bonus. We didn’t use it but it was nice to know it was there. The backyard was so inviting. Never got to use it because of our short stay and busy schedule but, should we return, it will be a part of our plan. I really appreciated the earth friendly “natural” products in the bathroom. AWESOME! The only drawback was the coffee pot. The hotel style Keurig, one cup at a time, was difficult for two “coffee hounds”. A few “mugs” would be a nice addition too. Thank you sooo much for sharing this beautiful home with us. You are definitely 5 star +++.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Close to downtown and the theaters. We would give it 5 stars except for the big wad of someone else’s hair on the shower drain. Can’t attest to overall cleanliness.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024We attened the Shakespeare Festival and 1 night we went to the Tuacan Theater in Ivins, UT approximately 45 miles away. Some road noise, but that was expected due to the close proximity to the Festival. Some minor problems (coffee machine not working). We would consider staying again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024Was surprised to learn after booking that this was Evolve through VRBO and there was a VRBO charge; hard to find listing after booked. House was immaculate and nicely stocked. Wish there were reading lamp)s), couch and kitchen chairs uncomfortable and would have liked back railing. Overall a good stay and located between all sights/activities.
