The view was so serene!
Amazing view, wonderful rustic feel, genuine rocky mountain expirience
This was advertised as a 4 bedroom condo but only 3 bedrooms had doors so one couple in our group had to sleep in a common area.
The location is fabulous as are the views from the rental. The unit was clean, but there were a couple broken lamps, a chair that was falling apart, and a couch that was coming apart. It would have been nice to have a snow shovel so we could clean the walk to the unit. There was no information about where the second parking spot is. Parking directly in front of the units is for 1 spot/unit. Extra parking is at the far end of the parking lot. That would have been helpful to know and also goes a long way with neigborly goodwill so the residents don't have to constantly remind visitors where they should park. Lastly, there was no extra toilet paper, just the rolls that were on the dispensers. When I called to get extra, I was told that the starter kit was all we got. I understand the logic if the unit is rented out for an extended stay, but were were there just 3 nights. Eventually, toilet paper was dropped off.
The house was hastily cleaned in my opinion. I took pictures of stained duvets and pillows. Bathroom vents packed with dust and fuzz. For a booked 10 day stay we had 2 garbage bags, no laundry detergent, no dish rags. These supplies were brought to us the next when I sent a text asking where I could find these supplies. The vacuum in the home doesn’t work.. pictures of the bedrooms were very misleading regarding placement. One bedroom is an open area converted. So awkward for another person to access the actual bedroom. I have stayed in many rentals. And this was the most minimalistic.
Had some issues at start of stay. Property manager cleared up our issues even though it was evening the day of our check in. It worked for our group of 8 but would have been crowded with 10 people.
The house was clean, conveniently located with a great view! Parking was a challenge (don’t think everyone keeps the 2 car rule) and limited hot water made showers an adventure…but overall very happy with it!
Incredible view, plenty of room, and close to Breckinridge and copper
The home did not match up to the pictures. The home was dirty and lots of things were broken in the home. The TV would not connect to the internet. The homeowners were not accommodating to any requests. We will not be coming back to this place.
