Stayed Jun 29, 2024Can’t recommend this beautiful home enough. It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy for the week. Conveniently located close to Park City’s Main Street and Deer Valley while feeling secluded. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around the home/neighborhood - moose, turkey, bunnies, deer! Our only con would be that the communication via VRBO was extremely slow so we’d recommend downloading the Vacasa app to directly communicate with the team who’s very responsive. Overall, favorite place we’ve stayed in park city/deer valley area! We can’t wait to come back!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024We love Park City in the summer time! We met our grown kids, active duty daughter for a family trip. Deer Valley was a great pick. Close to town, and close to activities. The Solamere home was heaven. We had privacy and serenity. The home is clean, beds comfy, and plenty of space. Some of the appliances are very old but in working order. I would suggest a new refrigerator as ice is important in the summer and the current one does not keep up. My kiddos loved the wild turkeys that visited multiple times a day. We also saw moose. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Very nice home in a great neighborhood. The fireplaces and home entertainment room are nice. The beds are very comfortable. Not sure what VRBO really does at times because other than the booking, they were not helpful. Vacasa was the property manager and they were slow to respond to questions as well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for 4 weeks from Norway for a training camp to prepare my son for the upcoming cross country World Cup season. Great kitchen and we loved the layout and location. Moose and wild turkey often visited the back yard! Already planning to come back next summer! ?

Stayed Mar 10, 2023The trash had never been taken out and the people that stayed before us had a seafood festival before they left. The whole house reeked of seafood and any time you got near the dishwasher it just was so disgusting it made you want to throw up. The dishwasher wouldn’t even turn on so we had to live with the smell the whole time we were there. Only two of the four stove burners worked. Only one of the ovens worked, the sliding glass door off of the living room was broken, and with the dishwasher being broke, and we had to hand wash every single dish and pot and pan it was extremely inconvenient. One of the windows in the basement bedrooms wouldn’t shut and it was freezing down there.
