Very nice home.

My new favorite place in Breckenridge! This was probably the smoothest rental process I’ve ever had. Communication was quick and easy any time I had questions. I appreciated the check-in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The unit was nice and clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. On the days we got heavy snow someone cleaned the walkway and driveway for us which was very helpful. The beds and couches were super comfy for those lazy days. The front door service from the community shuttle and the proximity to the trash room were also a bonus. This place was a 10/10 I’d absolutely stay here again.

MTL is one of our favorite properties in Breck. The location is central but tucked up above the town in a forest setting on the mountain. Ski and hiking trails are literally outside your unit. This particular unit is fabulous for the classic and quality mountain decor with comfortable beds and upscale bedding. The unit has wonderful amenities with a large stone fireplace that puts out plenty of gas flameand heat. The large screen smart tv with streaming options and soundbar set you up for a perfect in-home theatre night. We watched first snowfall from the picture windows while a hot meal simmered in the thoughtfully well stocked kitchen. It’s a short walk to town with many great local shops and restaurants. Be sure to stop in at the Blue Stag for an authentic Colorado meal. Everything on their menu is delicious and the two patios are wonderful!

This was the perfect getaway for an elopement wedding. Hot tub was nice and area was clean. Lots of kitchen supplies provided.

Always a great stay at MTL. Whether you choose the lodge or the townhomes you'll never be left disappointed. Been coming to Breck since I was a little girl, and have stayed at MTL more than any other resort or townhome. This snow haven town home was very clean, inviting, comfy, and has every amenity you need aside from an outdoor fire pit ;). But seriously a FABULOUS stay! 5 stars!

Great time and perfect location to hike, bike and walk into town

We just completed a week at the unit. The listing actually undersells the unit's attributes, community amenities and location. We hiked, biked, walked downtown and along the river and ate very well at the easy to get to restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms and everything you need, the staff was attentive when we texted and check-in / check-out was simple. Great place.

The garage is big enough to put a car in or store gear, which is what we did and then we parked in front of it so no parking issues. The townhouse has full equipped kitchen, has a panty and a nice a French door refrigerator. Opening all the windows gives you a great cross breeze and it’s a short walk to the gym, hot tub and pool! We highly recommend staying here when you visit Breck!

Good location. Truly ski in. Short walk to downtown. Garage is great - but it is small. My short bed crew cab did not fit.

We had a great time staying here over New Years break with our two kids.

Great centrally located unit walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also right next to the gondola that goes to peak 7 and 8 for skiing. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms along with a well equipped kitchen. We hope to come back!!!
