Mountain Retreat - 3BD/3BTH + Loft w Pullout

Very nice place, also very clean and confortable.

Great place for one large family or multiple families. Kitchen fully loaded for all cooking /BBQing. Pictures dont do it justice. SUPER spacious. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The home was beautiful and plenty of space for all of us. Very easy access to NAU for graduation and to downtown. Clean and Rob was so easy to deal with for all of my questions.

We stayed in this retreat last year around the same time. The rental is nice and cozy, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances including an electric kettle and three bathrooms are just the icing on the cake. The location is also great. You don’t need to drive too far to get to pretty much anything. Highly recommended.

We are so glad that we chose this home because it was PERFECT! Our host was gracious and communicative and the home itself was beautiful and fit our two families beautifully. The location was close to everything but far enough away that we even saw deer on one of our daily walks in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to stay again!

All was well equipped, very roomy home. Very centrally located for seeing historical sights. All the bedrooms have stairs from main living area, keep in mind if not used to. The iron had left..the owners were quick to order us one and have delivered. Nice neighborhood, great for walking.

This is a great house that is very comfortable in a great location! I would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed for 2 weeks, the neighborhood is beautiful & nice for morning walks on the streets or the paths in the adjacent forest. The master bedroom & en-suite was very large and comfortable. The kitchen, great room were very nice and had most of the items we needed for cooking. We grill a lot and did bring our own grilling tools and thermometer for cooking ribeyes. The deck was great to sit on and watch all of the wildlife, we left our hummingbird feeder for the next guests to enjoy. The owner Rob, was kind and courteous and appreciated our feedback. We had a great stay at the Mountain Retreat and would like to stay there again someday.

Everything was pretty perfect. Anything you need is in the house (Beds, Soaps, full kitchen, all dishes). The house was clean and surrounding property is awesome. There was well more then enough space for everyone.

This is a beautiful home

The home was in a convenient area as we were visiting relatives close by. The house had all the kitchenware we needed and the bedrooms & loft were comfortable. My only issue was that there were more rules of the house than in other VRBO homes I've stayed in such as:Remove shoes upon entering, no street parking (even though there were cars parked on the street in the neighborhood. The original information I received said no overnight street parking, but the day before we arrived I received a notice the there was to be NO street parking.

Absolutely beautiful home! The open layout/floor plan made it easy for my family to be together while we were cooking, socializing or just hanging out. Rob's thoughtful detail from amenities made us all feel at home. Can't wait to come back again!

Nice clean house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room to spread out in this house.

First and foremost, the townhouse is clean. Always a requirement. We were 4 adults - parents and 2 adult children - who don’t see each other regularly. This unit has lots of room for everyone to have their own space and gather together for meals, puzzles, chatting, etc. The couch in the living room is very comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen has everything we needed to grill burgers, make eggs and corn on the cob, brew coffee, etc. It’s a great location near downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

There was a miscommunication on the listing but it worked out ok. All the beds were very comfortable. There were a lot of rules and I THINK we did ok with them. I just don't know if we got the pillows back on the corrects beds or not. GREAT location if you want to stay off Milton and super easy to get to campus. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at many vacations homes and this home is at the top of the list. Great location! Awesome home!
