Mountain Luxury Retreat in the heart of Mammoth Lakes- Ski, Golf, and more!

What a fantastic stay! Perfect home base for our boarding weekend. Anne was a wonderful host! She was very thoughtful as a big storm was approaching she communicated that to us in case we were not aware.

amazing place with great amenities and a homey feel! plenty of space, great kitchen, hot tub was awesome! only downside is 10 min walk to the shuttle.

The kitchen was packed with everything you could possibly need! Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows! Anne, our host, has been wonderful and very responsive! Already booked for next year!

We stayed here for a summer get together with friends. I always look for relatively same size rooms/beds and this house worked great for that. But the downstairs bedroom would be perfect for 2 or 3 kids. The 5th bedroom is really more of a den but with a fold out. House is right in a golf course if interested. A very short drive to Canyon (walking would not really be feasible)

We had such an amazing stay and time. The kids were able to sled outside, I loved the layout of the home. Check in was a breeze.

We enjoyed the stay. House was as advertised, clean, and in a great location. Kitchen was stocked well, great layout of the house for family to hang. Great to have the downstairs den for the kids to hang out. Jacuzzi was awesome and kids loved being able to play in the snow right out the back yard. Just a note for future guests, the garage is not very deep, so a suburban or larger SUV will likely not fit inside the garage. 2 spaces in driveway so no problem.

Sledding, snow play

Cabin was perfect, big area for the kids to play in the snow, beds are comfortable the cabin made me feel like i was at home. No need to bring blankets, towels, kitchen was well equipped. Lots of board games and books provided by host. All you need is clothes and food. Highly recommended

Very nice house

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful townhome. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location, 5-minute drive from both Eagle and Canyon Lodges. Anne was so responsive in providing suggestions and tips for our first time skiing in Mammoth. She was also super proactive providing an extra microwave when the one in the home had been damaged before our arrival. I would only want to stay in Anne's home next time I'm in Mammoth.

Everything was great, minor issue with the microwave in the kitchen which was easily resolved with the spare microwave the Host has ready.Recommend this home for larger family gatherings as it has enough rooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful condo in quiet neighborhood adjacent to golf course. Well equipped with amenities and a hot tub. Amazing place to stay.

We loved our stay at 11 Bear Court... which is just a short walk to the Village and the location for the Mammoth Bluesapalooza, which is why we were in town. This home felt very clean... nice selection of soaps in the bathrooms, the bedding was soft and smelled good - the women in our group made note of it. The microwave probably needs to be replaced, as it didn't cook very well, but that was just a small item. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this home to others!

10 of us, family and friends stayed here for 4 nights. We were welcomed by the nice thoughtful surprise gift. We have been coming to Mammoth Lakes in Summer for over 10 years and stayed so many different places. This was the first time we received such a nice welcome. The house layout is very nice to give all of us some privacy if we need it. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is great and plenty of space for 8 adults. The house could use a deep clean and a little maintenance from wear and tear. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect?

This was our 2 nd time staying at this beautiful home. Two of the nights the fire/ carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am. Fire department was called and was able to turn it off. This was caused by a dirty filter that had not been changed in 2 years. It affected 2 days of our vacation, I asked for compensation and was refunded $260.00, not what I was expecting. When you save for a vacation and have it interrupted for 2 nights you expect equal compensation. I advised the host of additional areas that needed cleaned, no response.

Great home and awesome location. Host was very responsive. We all enjoyed the three levels and plenty of room to stretch out, relax and watch the golfers. Would definitely come again.

We came up to Mammoth to celebrate my brothers birthday and Fathers Day and let me tell you, this trip was one of the best we’ve taken up in Mammoth. This home is so clean, so cozy our family fit perfectly here. Anne was absolutely amazing with communicating with us from start of booking to checking out. My family definitely wants to book again with Anne. We give this home a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks, Anne for making us feel at home!
