Great unit with ample room for 6 adults. The views of the Pemi from the back deck were amazing. Walking distance to restaurants is a definite plus.

I love this property. It was clean and spacious and perfect for a long weekend getaway with extended family. There is room for kids and adults. Nice open gathering space and convenient location. The property offers a beautiful and peaceful river view from its spacious deck, creating a beautiful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, huge house and Spotless! Kids slept downstairs with plenty of room to spread out. Adults enjoyed the upper floor with 2 master bedrooms and baths. Location was perfect, close to so many amenities, and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the sound of the river right outside. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay! The location was very convenient and I loved sitting on the deck watching the river. The house had everything I needed and was clean. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a had an amazing stay at Lincoln Station. The condo was huge and the view of the river was the best in the complex. My teenage son and his friend loved the private space downstairs with their own common room, bedrooms, and full bath. My parents and I liked the bedrooms upstairs, each with our own full bath. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved being so close to the pools and hot tub, as well as the shops in Lincoln. We are hoping to go back again next summer!!

Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable condo close to everything in Lincoln

The house worked out perfectly for us.My son and I used the upstairs bedrooms and my daughter, son in law and 4 year old granddaughter stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs.Everyone was quite comfortable.The main floor was roomy and had everything that we needed, including a good selection of games.I certainly would recommend this property to friends and family.My only slight disappointment was that the grill on the deck had not been cleaned after the last use, so we didn’t cook on it.

The condo is large and accommodating for a large group of people. It is well furnished and in a great location. There were a few items that were a bit off. We had difficulty locating dishware the first day. The second day we found that they were all in the dishwasher. The railing on the deck is rotted at the bottom and was rather unstable. Despite this, we would visit again!

This was our second visit to the property, and we enjoyed it as much as the first! Beautiful location and amazing house. We hope to visit again.

Enjoyed our quick trip. This condo worked out really well for our group. Plenty of space and very easy to access skiing, restaurants, and nature.

Lincoln Station is a perfect location to Loon Mountain. The property is spacious and very clean.

3 moms and 5 kids stayed here for our trip to Santa’s Village. The property was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed every minute! The kids enjoyed crafting at the large table and lounging on the spacious couch. We’d love to return!

Great Townhouse, spacious, well furnished, clean, great view from the deck. Located very close to all mean attractions. Property owners, Kevin and Shayna, are very friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend for families to groups. Plenty of sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms.

The property was exactly as pictured and the host Kevin couldn’t have been any nicer! Communication was super easy! Getting to sit out on the deck and listen to the river flow by ,while drinking my morning coffee was food for the soul!! My family decided they would love to make this a yearly tradition!! The location and property are both fantastic! Gorgeous place to spend quiet nights/days and easy access to all the fun stuff in and around Lincoln.

We've stayed here so many times that it really feels like home! Every time we go the owners have upgraded or replaced something - their attention to detail and comfort is top notch. Kevin is always super responsive and accommodating as a host. I don't think you can find a better spot on the Pemi (river sounds and view from the huge deck are unbeatable), and it's a short walk to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, even for our small kids. We're always looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Our stay was great! Perfect location with a deck that overlooks the Pemigawasset River. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The place had everything we needed in terms of space and comfort. I messaged Kevin one time and he responded immediately. Overall great experience!

We absolutely loved this rental! The condo itself is updated and comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved swimming in the pools and river. Having a deck overlooking the river was a nice bonus as well! Kevin was great with communication and got on the phone with me right away when we were having a little trouble getting in on the first day. We would definitely stay at this property again.
