House is close to Santa's Village/Sky Park which is great for kids of every age! Just beyond Santa's Village is Lake Arrowhead village and Lake Arrowhead. If you head the other way, you can enjoy snow tubing during the winter and Snow Valley which are both close. Continue heading east and you hit Big Bear with many beautiful shops and restaurants and some of the best skiing, snowboarding, and snow play in California!

The house is one of the closest residences to Pali Adventures Camp for those parents whose kids are at camp.
