Stayed Aug 15, 2025As advertised this is a great home with lots of room and extras (chest freezer, ice chests, plenty of split and stacked dry firewood, extra bedding). Host is very responsive and helpful, The place is spotless and well equipped with nice views and in a good neighborhood. We loved everything about it.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Another beautiful property with views and easy access to float plane launch, stores (Safeway & Walmart), and downtown which on Kodiak Island is very quaint House is about one mile from harbor, where there is a minimal, brewery, Nuniaq (breakfast/lunch), Henry's, Aquamarine restaurant (side-by-side), bank, info center, all near harbor and easy walking distance. Property, was roomy, clean, and allowed for parking on or off street. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!
