Excellent stay for our Navy reunion. The place was perfect for the amount of guest we had and the host was amazing!

Perfect property for our trip. We had 4 generations of family who traveled from 4 states, 19 of us plus some Maine family. The space inside and out was phenomenal, especially the barn. The views from the house were great as was the ocean breeze. We hosted a lobster feed and Maurice was super helpful.

We had a great time at the Mount N Sea. A family get together of 20 people never felt crowded - lots of room to spread out in the massive house, the games building and the yard. The kitchen has everything you could want. Camden and Belfast are nice towns that are close by and there are parks and hikes nearby as well. The place is older, so there are some quirks, but very minor. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very friendly and accommodating owners. For being an older property it was very clean but of course had the usual quirks an old house can have, fewer outlets and older plumbing. The location was perfect for all of our mini excursions and there was plenty to do on the property to keep everyone entertained too. We would definitely recommend staying there!

We had 16 folks staying 4 nights to celebrate a birthday. The house was a great place to relax and slow down. Maurice and Jackie were great and put on a lobster feed for us as well. The weather was hot but the house stayed cool with the breeze up on the hill. There is lots of space to have time together and space to be alone. It was a great trip

The owner is very nice and the grounds are spacious for kids and family to run around and play. The setting is beautiful with great views. We had plenty of room inside. The kitchen is more like a commercial , one with big stoves, double sinks and lots of pots and pans . I feel that I must point out that the house is from 1900 or so.The bathrooms are functional but old fashioned. You must stagger showers so hot water holds up. Windows either don’t open and when they do many times no screen so bugs get in. The barn is fun with pool table and bar . If you’re looking for plenty of room, you will get it. If you are looking for modern not so much.

We gathered 3 generations for a long weekend stay. The house had more than enough room for all 17 of us, and the barn with the pool table and fooze ball tables gave us a place to gather when the littlest ones napped. Less than 15 minutes drive to grocery stores and even shorter drives to the beach, Islesboro Ferry, and Camden State Patk, there's plenty to do locally. The kitchen has all the gadgets you could possibly need- we even found a pastry cutter! With two stoves and a grill, cooking even for a large crowd is simple. Some things we did to make things easier- drinks were kept in coolers on ice to free up fridge room, we set up two long tables in the dining room to enable family dining.

There were 24 of us from 5 months to 74 years. We had plenty of room to spread out and were very comfortable. Nice views and the barn and grounds were fun for all ages. Easy to get to Camden and Belfast. The plumbing could use updating
