Moss Creek is a private, gated community located just a few minutes to the beautiful beaches of HHI. Conveniently located just 1/4 milefrom the bridge to Hilton Head Island and yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Amazing amenities, many available to guests for a fee, including a huge salt water pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, two Fazio golf courses, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, a state of the art fitness center, a marina (not for guests use), fishing and crabbing docks, a 36 acre Blue Heron Sanctuary, miles of bike and forest trails, an 11 acre Fording Island Nature Preserve which has a natural active Osprey Nest. A fabulous location close to shopping, excellent dining and entertainment! Enjoy all the amenities of Moss Creek or simply relax on the deck or screened-in porch. You can experience Mother Nature from the deck, porch, living room and master bedroom viewing the herons and egrets that nest nearby.

This beautiful home sits at the end of quiet cul-de-sac and has a phenomenal view of Devil’s Elbow South golf course 6th hole, with views of the par 5 fairway, lagoon, and green. You will relax the minute you walk through the front door. The living room, with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, large expanse of windows, 46” flat screen TV, comfortable and inviting seating, opens to the dining room. The dining table seats six and the cook can easily converse with guests as the kitchen opens to the dining room.

The kitchen is fully outfitted and ready for the gourmet cook. Granite counters, plenty of storage, and a view from the kitchen sink makes it the perfect kitchen.

The home also features a den with another 46” flat screen TV, sofa (queen size sofa bed) and of course, a recliner! Perfect for the person that likes a quiet place to watch TV or read a book.

The screened porch, which the dining room opens onto, has a ceiling fan, a chaise and two chairs. All perfect for watching golfers or egrets. The deck extends along the entire length of the back of the home and may be accessed through the porch. A gas grill is just waiting for you to light it up!

The master bedroom is very large and features a king size bed, large dressers, flat screen TV and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and great storage for all your clothes, and of course another TV. The second bath, adjacent to the bedroom, has a large walk in shower. All beds have a mattress pads that are dust mite proof, bedbug proof and waterproof.

Apparently Moss Creek has changed how they do the pool passes. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day all renters must purchase a pool pass in order to use the pool. A family pass is $120 and a single pass is $55 for one week. A month long pass is available to purchase as well. You are not allowed to have outside guests use the pool. You and your entire group ugh!, have to go to the admin building between 9-5 on a weekday to get photos taken for the passes. The admin building is a right before the gate at the entrance to Moss Creek. If you arrive on a weekend day you can have it done at the pool. I am sorry for this difficult procedure you have to go through.

NO PETS ALLOWED FROM MAY 1 UNTIL SEPT 15. If you are found to have a pet you will forfeit your deposit or if you have the insurance they will be charged.

Sorry, no motorcycles or commercial pickup trucks allowed, due to Moss Creek covenants.

Due to property size rental is limited to parties of 6 people or less.

For those who rent for a month or more you must cancel at least 60 days in advance to receive a refund.
