Great place to stay, with lots of room. Beautifully remodeled home

Our family had an amazing stay. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The house was so clean, beds are so comfortable, all the amenities you need while away from home were there and it was perfect for our stay. Nice neighborhood, and easy access to restaurants, shopping and anything you might need. We will definitely be staying again when we go back there.

This was the perfect place to stay for our extended family for our Silver Dollar City trip in December. The home was decorated so cute for Christmas and there were fun toys for the little kids.

Debbie is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to questions. The house was warm, inviting and spacious. We were in Springfield for a family Thanksgiving, with 6 adults and 2 littles. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and huge! It was a little chilly to use the patio, but it looked comfortable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home!

Short and sweet. I wish we were able to stay longer to actually utilize the wonderful space!

The house is beautiful! It kept us close while still allowing us to have our own space. It was the perfect fit for all 12 of us. The neighborhood is so serene. It’s the perfect location to not be too far away from all of the fun things to do, but also doesn’t make you feel like you’re in the middle of the commotion. The hosts have a closet filled with toys for the kiddos and also provide a playpen for the smaller kiddos. We can’t wait to stay in this house in the future!

This property was fantastic for our family. There were tons of very confortable beds. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is very close to restaurants and Walmart. The back sunroom was great for quiet mornings with coffe, watching rabbits play in the back yard. Highly recommend! The owners were very gracious and accommodating.

Very good location in Springfield, it's very close to the battlefield shopping center and the oasis convention center which is where our group needed to be for the weekend. Inside was very clean and fresh and all the furniture and bedding was freshly washed. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room as well.

We had 11 guys stay here for a men’s conference event and the house was perfect.Would definitely stay here again.

If you book this property you won’t be disappointed!! Booking this property for our big family to gather for our daughter’s fall college graduation was a breeze! Debbie was super responsive, friendly & easygoing. The property was nestled in a quiet, inviting & safe neighborhood, conveniently located near everything! The home was surprisingly bigger than the pictures show. The floor plan was perfect for a large family gathering! The kitchen setup made mealtimes so convenient & enjoyable! The 3 season porch was perfect for conversation & games. Our younger kids enjoyed the backyard swing & privacy to run around & play safely.The family room was cozy & we enjoyed the music & ambience on the tv in the background, while playing a mystery game late into the night. The first floor bedroom & bathroom were perfect for our elderly parents & they were very comfortable our entire stay! All the bedrooms were spacious & clean. Debbie took particular care to make sure the beds were exceptionally comfortable & so cozy you never wanted to leave! The home was very clean & we were so happy to have a large clean garage to park in! If you book this property, be sure to make time to take the 2 bicycles in the garage for a ride, that was the only thing we didn’t have time to do! But, we made a note to work that into our schedule the next time we stay here!

Great property, neighborhood. location and communication.

We (4 couples) stayed in this home while visiting our kids for Family weekend at Mo St. It was in a great location and had plenty of space. We did not spend much time at the house, but it was perfect for what we needed. One thing to point out though is that we did think there were 2 twin bunk beds and a single twin in one of the rooms but it was only one bunk bed. That was just our incorrect interpretation of the description though.

We’re a big family who flew in from Orange County, CA to visit family. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, the availability of all the amenities, the quick response of property management for all our questions. Checking in and out was so easy. The property looks better in person. Best of all, the beds were all so comfortable. We all slept well. Thank you and we hope to rent this property again when we come visit.

Everything was just as advertised. Would gladly stay again.

This home is so comfortable and spacious. We were able to enjoy time with our grandchildren while we were all in town for a family wedding. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
