it is absolutly beautifull, perfect in all aspects, I recomende it
This house was fantastic! I love the Christmas tree in the living room. Warm, historic and charming. See you again next year.
House was in good location and room sizes were ok. Furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Bed was fine. Exterior wood rotting, needs paint and update.
Checkin with Gastehaus was quick & easy. Lots of attention was given to make this house comfortable, even provided snacks & drinks. Beds were very comfy, great kitchen and back porch is awesome! Morning Glory was truly pet friendly with a beautiful garden, even provided poop bags. Everything you need for a great stay is here!
We just spent 3 nights there and it was spectacular. The house was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Loved all the antique furniture and sitting out on the back porch watching and listening to the rain. I would stay there again. The bakery next door was perfect and our breakfast coupons could be used there. The bakery is very busy however so go early or get your order to go and eat in you own kitchen. We loved it.
My husband and I stayed in the Mirning Glory. Our family members stated in the Althena and Larkspur houses. We loved our stay in the Morning Glory! The house was spacious, comfortable, and decorated cute for Christmas. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was equipped nicely and a tray of snacks on the table and drinks and ice in the refrigerator provided a warm welcome. The beds were comfortable, the bed linens and blankets were numerous, and the closets and storage available met our needs. The house had central air and heat. The crazy Texas winter temperatures meant we used both and the house was comfortable the entire stay. A full size refrigerator in the kitchen was a plus for us. The grandkids enjoyed the porches and the area between our houses. They loved eating outdoors in this homey setting. We highly recommend the Morning Glory!
The Morning Glory home was bigger than we expected after only reviewing the photos. This adorable home has two well-sized bedrooms, two living areas, and two areas for eating! The home was well kept and had amazing, old-charm touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and spent the majority of the time relaxing on the back porch. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Fredericksburg area!
We had the most amazing time staying at Morning Glory House during our stay in Fredericksburg. The place is SO MUCH bigger than I could have imagined, and the back porch area was perfect for sitting out and enjoying the spring weather. We took advantage of the close proximity to Emma + Ollie and ate our breakfast there every day. We couldn't recommend Morning Glory House enough!
As soon as you walk into Morning Glory, you take a step back in time. The furnishings and décor are fabulous and the beds comfortable. The only shortcoming our visit had was that it took the air a long time to cool down. The weekend we were there, the temperatures were very high at 100+ in the afternoons. We were hoping to return to cool comfort after a day of exploring Fredericksburg. However, at 8:00 pm the temperature in the house was 78 degrees and took hours to cool down to 72. The temperature inside finally became a comfortable cool around 1:00 am. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.
We spent our Christmas at this cute little house. There were Christmas lights and decor all around the property! The place was perfect - very vintage!
We had a nice weekend in Fredericksburg. The property was clean and the drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table were a nice touch. We were there with my parents who are fit and in their 70's. I rented this place thinking we could easily walk to Main street because it said it was 7 blocks BUT beware it's not 7 normal street blocks lol. My parents could only do the walk Friday night then we had to find parking in town on Saturday because it was just too far for them. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
