Morgan's Breeze 8 bedroom Lagoon Front Pool Pier by Prickett Properties

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share some feedback and concerns following our recent stay at Morgan's Breeze—our third visit to this property. While we've enjoyed this home in the past, unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations due to a few issues we encountered: Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the house did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. We noticed a significant amount of dead bugs and dirt in various areas, as well as multiple spiders throughout the home. Tile floors throughout the house need new grout. Terrible drywall repairs from leaks are an eyesore. A deeper cleaning prior to guests' arrival would have made a big difference in comfort. Leaking Mini Refrigerator: The mini fridge upstairs was leaking and dripping water through the ceiling into the dining area below. We had to remove the fridge ourselves to prevent further damage and immediately called to report the issue. However, no one came out during our stay to assess or resolve the situation. Noisy Dryer: The upstairs dryer produced a loud, high-pitched squeaking noise while running, which made it unusable for us during the stay. We've had positive experiences with your company in the past, and hope that this feedback helps ensure future guests can enjoy the property as much as we have before. House was great, perfect location. No complaints.

Wonderful house. Living room as well as kitchen well laid out. We loved all the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. We were available to accommodate our large family. Outdoor space was well done. Perfect location for family. Highly recommend this home

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family. We enjoyed both the lagoon and the ocean. The rental agency was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We would certainly choose to stay at this house again when returning to Gulf Shores

Nice house and plenty of roomTo chill

While this is still a great home we have now stayed at this property 5 times including when managed by GSVR and owned by DR. Wheeler and feel each year it continues to be more expensive while more items are not included, and the house itself is less clean and or not taken care of. Some examples include multiple TVs didn't work upstairs including one with a cut cord. Upstairs bathroom light was burnt out upstairs and couldn't get hot water to one of the bathrooms. We used to be able to use the bottom storage closet and the owner supplied beach chairs/fishing poles etc. So, we now have to pack 6 beach chairs and drive them from Indiana which takes up excessive room or buy chairs each year and leave at the house. Also, the grill was filthy and the kitchen drawers have like black mold/charcoal marks in them and nothing was organized. The drawers used to be labeled with what was in the drawers and very easy to find what you needed. Also the overall cleanliness seems worse there is sand all over under the glass in the kitchen table there was a French fry box under the edge of the living room table used as a shim and many other minor cleaning issues. We still love this home and have reserved to come back next year, but honestly based on the rates rising every year and the overall satisfaction of the house we may look to rent elsewhere in the future. We have been to Gulf shore for the last 13 years and love vacationing here and truly do love Morgans Breeze. But unless you receive honest feedback it would be hard to make improvements, Sincerely Shane Leeper

Stayed with large family and many babies. Wonderful house with lots of space to enjoy. Caught many types of fish off dock. Loved the pool. Beach is an easy walk.

My family thought this may be the best vacation to date. This place was amazing and meant all our needs. The location was perfect, the lagoon provided many fishing opportunities and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. There was 14 in our family and there was space and privacy for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We had 3 generations and 11 people …. tons of space for everyone , Beautiful lagoon behind house and beach views in front. Elevator came in so handy during arrival and departure. Will definitely stay again !! Lovely !

Perfect house for a large family vacation. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was by far our favorite. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of seating (indoors and out), nice decor, and an extra-large kitchen. The property was very clean. The management company was very responsive.

Beautiful house, our group had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren. We had ample room for all and loved the big table that could accommodate our whole group. The pool was a big hit

everything was fantastic. we would absolutely stay again. a few issues here and there with fans & the tv outside not working - but that didn’t bother us. my coworkers & i were very happy with our stay.
