Stayed Dec 6, 2024Enjoyed our stay! Clean, spacious and quiet location. Only downside was no sugar/sweetener and expired coffee creamer. For morning coffee drinkers, this was a bit of a disappointment but otherwise great place.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We came to TAMU to see our Aggie perform with her org. Our group ranged from age 18-90. There are lots of ups and downs and steps. Our group picked rooms based on ability and we were able to navigate all of the steps. The house is comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It is quiet and easy to fall asleep even though we were by a big road. This is a great place for a big family or several couples. The house had plenty of dishes, towels, great sheets. The decks and back were a fun place to relax. We did not utilize the game room other than to sit and visit. My only complaint is there was not a dish brush to wash dishes and the ice machine didn’t work. We made it work. If you have a group that needs multiple beds and spaces, this is the place for you! It was super easy to get back and forth to campus, grocery and gas close. Great place, you should book it!!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024The house looks like I decorated so of course I loved it. It was nice to have places to spread out. The location was great, close to town without to noise and traffic. The only thing I missed was a nice long sofa to lay on and snuggle into for a movie. I will book again,Thabks!

Stayed Apr 11, 2024The house was nice and was in a quiet area of town. We enjoyed the space as it was large enough for our family visiting our daughter during ring weekend. We had brought our 85 year old father with us and he had a little bit of trouble navigating the steps down into the sunken living room and dining room. Also, there was a shower door missing in the bathroom, which made for a big mess and wet floors. The housekeeping service before we came looked like they forgot some things. There was a centerpiece left on the sofa and an upstairs bed had not been completely made. There were many lamps that were broken or did not have light bulbs. There were also lights that didn’t work in the kitchen. There were kitchen items that we would’ve appreciated being there or at least known that they were not included so we could’ve brought them. There were no casserole dishes, muffin tins, measuring cups or measuring spoons. There was not a blender and there is only a Keurig coffee maker. The few dishes and bowls were plastic and not microwaveable. There were no storage Tupperware items, dish soap, kitchen towels. The only spices were salt, pepper, and garlic salt. None of this was a big deal, but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time for planning purposes /knowing what to bring from home.
