Head up a few steps the second part of the split level living area to find a entertainer's paradise. Fully equipped with a game table, flat screen TV, board games, and front patio access. Curl up with a good book, work on a good puzzle, snuggle up and have a movie night, or simply warm up by the fire on the large wrap around couch.

Ready to rest easy Head to the Primary King Suite located on the main level that features a private deck, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. Parking: There is room for three cars at this home. One in the garage & one in the driveway. A third car can be parked in the overflow parking area around the corner from the townhome. There is no trailer parking allowed in this community.

Location: Located in Cornerstone/Moraine Townhome complex off of Clubhouse Drive. 1/2 mile to Steamboat Resort, 4 miles from downtown Steamboat & 1/4 mile to shopping & dining. The free city bus (purple line) stops at the street corner of Moraine Circle every 20 minutes (during ski season) and takes passengers to the Gondola Transit Center.
