Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a NEW charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway duringany season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and over 3000 square feet, it sleeps 14 people perfectly.

When you arrive at this large, duplex-style townhome, you’ll walk in on the main level into a large great room. The living room has plenty of seating and has a 46” HD Smart TV with DirecTV satellite programming. There’s a luxurious gas fireplace close to the seating for cold winter nights. The large windows provide plenty of light and enhance the new, modern décor of the room. The patio is located just off the living room where you’ll find a private hot tub for relaxing the nights away and a gourmet gas BBQ grill.

By the living room, you’ll find a large, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There’s seating for four at the bar and four more at the breakfast table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’ll possibly need to dine in. Along with normal cooking items like a toaster, crock pot, blender, baking pans and utensils, there’s even a roasting pan, tea kettle and additional baking pans. The coffee pot is a Keurig, able to brew a single cup or an entire pot. Baking and enjoying time with your family and friends will be a breeze!

You’ll also find a dining room area in the great room, with seating for eight comfortably. Additionally there’s a large, main level Master bedroom with King-sized bed and brand-new deluxe bedding. There’s a ceiling fan and a 40” HD Smart TV along with an attached bathroom for privacy (shower only). The master bedroom connects (through a door in the closet) to the laundry room, which is also available from the side of the kitchen.

The laundry room has a large capacity HE Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board for your convenience. There’s also a ½ bath located on the main level. No need to use the master bathroom!

On the lowest level of the home, you’ll find another bedroom with an attached full bath (tub/shower combination). There’s a Queen-sized bed, a Twin with a Twin Trundle and a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed, and 48” HD Smart TV in the considerably-sized room. In the closet at this level is a Pack-N-Play and highchair.

Upstairs on the top floor, there’s a large loft and additional three bedrooms. One bedroom is another Master with attached bath (shower only). It has a Queen-sized bed and 40” HD TV. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower only) and have Queen-sized beds and 40” HD TVs as well. All bedrooms have soft, comfortable bedding and brand-new mattresses/furnishings.

The home is equipped with dual furnaces and dual central air-conditioning units, making temperature control quick and easy.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

    The property fit our group configuration well. Only downside is that it is pretty far out from Park City town. The hot tub was scolding hot so beware when getting in. We tried to turn down temp but it didn't seem to cool down at all. But it was nice to have a working hot tub. The downstairs is really cold. There isn't a temp control for that area but they do have a lot of warm blankets in all the bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Grappa for dinner. As well as the Snowed Inn Sleighride dinner. We also went to Twisted Fern and it was terrible food. I highly recommend the Woodward Tubing Park as well as snowmobiling through Park City Peaks.

    We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and as advertised. The smaller kids enjoyed the hot tub! The room downstairs was perfect for all the kids to sleep and they loved having their own space. We were in town for a family wedding and it was great having us all together! Thanks!

    Lovely property, great location, comfortable space, well appointed kitchen, loved the hot tub. Our only issue was the WiFi. Unstable and not enough band width to accommodate basic tasks. Frustrating for those trying to keep up with work and ski. Luckily the WiFi at the clubhouse was better.

    This was a wonderful experience for our family. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had a lot seasonings and basics needed for cooking. The property manager was friendly and very accommodating.

    We had 12 adults enjoy this home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a nice home. With 6 couples coming to stay at the home, the fact that parking in the street isn’t allowed was an inconvenience. There is room for 4 cars in the garage and driveway so we had to park the other cars down out of the neighborhood and shuttle people to the home. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils, seasonings, and dishes. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t producing much ice so we needed to buy bagged ice. Bedrooms were nice and everyone slept well. The ground level bathroom had the only tub and the drain was clogged so that was a problem we didn’t enjoy. Management had made it clear that due to it being a holiday there probably wouldn’t be people around to come and fix problems so we just used the other showers. For the most part, it was a nice place. It’s just nice to have things in working condition when you pay what it costs to rent a home for your family to vacation in.
