Moore House ~ Downtown Gilbert w/ Pool & Yard Games

Overall it was a very nice stay, and very few gripes The master shower drains a bit slowly making longer showers troublesome. I would say it starts getting full at maybe the four.minute mark. One chair in the pool area, looks like the cushion cover was shredded by some kind of animal. Definitely animal odor, probably a dog was noticeable on arrival. The window slats next to the front door was messy and I couldn't close it properly.So as said earlier, very minor gripes, but otherwise, great stay. Plenty of towels for use, pool toys, kitchen is fully stocked with cups, utensils, plates, etc. I didn't use he dishwasher besides running it per checkout instructions. Also did not use the stove or oven, so no idea on their operation. Only used the dryer once, didn't use the washer. House is very well lit and the rooms were very nice. The couch doesn't old out as well for extra guests.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Plenty of room, fun pool, spacious backyard for playing. It’s very close proximity to any shopping you may need to do. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again!

This place was perfect for my family and myself for the few days. The pool was absolutely necessary for the time of the year as we spent the majority of our time in there. I will definitely book again if I am in the area in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at the Moore House, the main level and primary bedroom are very spacious. Beautiful backyard.

This house was great for our stay. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfy. Bath mats and lounge chairs at the pool would have been the only thing that would have made it better.

There was an issue with the barbecue grill. The knobs were worn and took a little bit to find the correct heating setting. Other than that the place is great. The pool was nice, beds were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed it.

The house is nice, very large and comfortable.

The house is in the perfect location. Close to Gilbert, which is a nice town with excellent restaurants. Walmart is just across the street. The home itself was very clean. The property manager was excellent to work with, answered my questions almost immediately. One item that might need some attention to in the future is the gas grill. It was hard to light, and the settings on the nobs are worn off, so couldn't really tell what temp it was sitting at. A new grill might be needed soon, or the repair of the existing one. But overall we were very happy with the home, and plan to stay again next year.

The home was very clean, beautiful and spacious. It was just what we expected. My young girls spent lots of time in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Property manager is great!!!! Property itself is great and clean. Only minor issue we had was the owner is reluctant to let renters control the AC thermostat. Other than that we enjoyed our limited time there.
