We always leave a welcome basket with goodies & wine.. You will love cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. You'll find just about everything you need for a 5* meal.

Your pets are spoiled too with a secure fenced yard, toys, treats, and an indoor pet bed.
With king-size beds and soft linens, you’ll have a great night's rest. We’re about 30 minutes from Yosemite’s South Gate tunnel view entrance. (Traffic can slow this time down) 15 Minutes to Bass Lake.
Our home is spacious enough for large families, yet it still maintains a cozy vibe. We feel cleanliness is extremely important, as well as a well-stocked house. You'll enjoy games, sitting areas, a chef's kitchen, laundry facilities, & large TVs.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and garage for parking, as well as a private patio and a grassy front yard.
Other things to note
As is the case with most rentals, we only have a smart TV and NO cable, so don't forget your passwords to log into your accounts.
We have regular spa service, but occasionally a previous guest can cause an issue. If this happens, we will work quickly to clean the spa, but it may not be ready at the time of check-in.
Please check the weather and be prepared.
Power outages can occur at any time, but more so in a storm or an extreme heatwave. We do not have a generator.
Mountain WI-Fi can be weak or go out at times; we wish we had better options.
We have regular pest control, but you'll be in the mountains, so you may see BUGS and SPIDERS as well as wildlife like deer, birds, cats, squirrels, & sometimes snakes & bears.
We recommend bringing a good supply of bug repellent for the outdoors.
